They take forever through the drive thru. They legit take one order at a time but still give you the wrong order. Drive thru... takes 10-15 minutes per car. They still manage to give you the wrong order. Then have the audacity to look at you like you?recrazy for returning to get a refund. I?ve worked fast food before it?s not hard. Read more

Was here Sun 10/16 at 3pm in the afternoon. Out of nearly all soda types, extremely long wait in line with no one here (15min +)... Non trained staff is what you will find here. Will be our last visit to this location. Sign on the side says ?Quality servicethat doesn?t cut corners? what a joke. Took 5 minutes just to place the order don?t know if there headsets weren?t working orjust hard of hearing. I waited in line for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and whenever I got up to order a gentleman asked me to look over the menu and... he would be with me in a few minutes. I had a young lady come on ask me what I wanted and I ordered. I sat there for 15 minutesshe never came back never said anything so I drove up to the front window. This was the rudest person that I have ever met. Itold her I said I didn't hear you say anything to me so I didn't know if your drive-thru intercom was working or not so I cameup. She looked at me well what do you want I said will you took my order do you not have it? Evidently she did not so Ireordered again and when I would say something she would cut me off and then finally I got my order. I will never ever come backto that Wendy's again. What's the point of asking what would I like to order if your only gonna give me whatever you decide.... I don't get it!! If you... want extra mayonnaise, and extra pickles, they will say ok and give you exactly what they wanna give you. Not how the customerwants but however they want! Never fails... Read more

I love Wendy's, but unfortunately, upon moving to this area less than a year ago..I have NEVER had a good experience here.... Wether it be through a food delivery service or pick up..the order is always somehow wrong. However, my number one problem is Iswear that they always try and seem closed, especially in the evening. As soon as the sun barely sets, they never turn theirlights/sign on, even though they remain open if your lucky until the 10 pm they state. The sign and the menu through the drivethru is never lit and there have even been times when I have been completely ignored at the drive thru and it's not even 9 pmyet! (Lobby closed). I used to do doordash in this area and clearly there isn't much selection in the early evening. Thislocation alone made me stop doordashing around here as it was always an absolute mess and I would be waiting in the drive thruto pick up people's orders +30 min. From the lack of customer service to the overall vibe of "we don't want your money here", Ihonestly have nothing good to say about this Wendy's location and recommend traveling a few more min to the other Leesburglocation where service is correct, faster, and they have their lights on. Don't forget they will actually answer you in thedrive thru during working hours, who would have thought? Read more

We waited at the order window for about 10 minutes after not being told to wait. We were just completely ignored when we tried... to order after getting a ?welcome to wendy?s?. After we ordered we pulled up to the window and were told it was cash only. Thecashier advised us to go and find a bank in the parking lot and come back in line (the line that now had 4+ cars). I?ve workedin food service for 5 years and in my opinion this was inexcusable. I never write reviews but this put such a damper on mymorning that I felt the need to. I understand my business will not impact the Wendy?s corporation, however I will not be back tothis location. Read more

Baked potato was ok but all their packets of salt were wet and clumped up inside the package. Poor quality on the lettuce,... tomato and onion made the sandwiches not that great. The whole building is extremely humid and sweat was rolling down everywindow. Oddly enough it didn?t seem that cold inside. There was also a roof leak between the counter and the dining area.Lastly, when the ceiling caves in, it?s probably time to increase the repair and maintenance budget just a smidge. Read more
