I ordered ahead. The ordering system (app) has a feature to set a time to pick up, but the only option on the list was ASAP. I... live about 20 minutes away but the food would be ready in under 10. When I arrived the food was ready and being kept warm, butthey did at least hold off on making the drinks including a milk shake until I arrived. The restaurant itself was almost emptybut it was clean. The one member of staff I spoke with was helpful and quick. The food was tasty, even after some heatingafter my ~20 minute drive home. I visited with my parents. We were all satisfied and sufficiently full when we left. Disappointed the roast beef and cheddar is... no longer on the 2 for $6 plan. I thought that was permanent and the other two would rotate? Guess not. I imagine that's acorporate decision not this locations. That has to be the most popular sandwich. All in all a good visit. Honestly I wasn't going to post anything until I saw my sandwich. I go here often and it's finally gotten so bad that I have to... say something. The ladies in the drive through on Saturday nights are pretty rude, my opinion. But what really did it was thatthey laid my fries in the bag sideways so that ehen I pulled it out they all spilt into the bag. I could live with that too butwhat did it for me was when I opened the sandwich box, the sandwich was upside down and missing the best ingredients on the top,the crunchy onions. This Arby's exceeds at what many other fast food restaurants in the area struggle with. Orders are given quickly with the food... being more than satisfying even in comparison to other Arby's locations itself. Additionally, the store is quite clean. Read more
