Walking into this location you realize just how mediocre most people are at their job. This place is no exception.The food is... ok, just ok. The service however is lacking. While you might find some servers that are decent there are things that shouldnever happen at restaurant. 9-16-2022 After siting us, Manager Flo never came back to clean our table after we had told her the table was dirty. She passed... by our table to clean the table next to ours but never cleaned ours. I think she got offended that we asked her to clean atable. Also, she never told the server to come and attend us, after 15 minutes of waiting and asking other staff to send ourserver, server finally came and apologized, she was feeling bad. Manager has not the right attitude for a store manager. I cansee at least 2 servers that are truly worried about clients, not the Manager for sure. Read more
Drove to this location, 30 minutes from home, to go watch the UFC fight last night but apparently they close before midnight on... a Saturday. UFC?s webpage said they show the fight, first question on google says they don?t show boxing only UFC fights. Smallhandwritten note at the hostess says they don?t show the fight. I?ve been watching UFC for almost 15 years at various Bdubs inVA and NC but this one decided they don?t do that. Also, staff couldn?t care less. A little empathy goes a long way. Read more
Let me start with service this time 5stars for the service :) we had a very pleasant waiter , she was really patient and got our... orders right and was very pleasing , thank you for that .. we were visiting friends at the town and just did a impulse visit ..place was not busy we happily ate wings as usual and did order some drinks .. our waiter came back right on time when we wantedanother round of drinks which in other BwW we would have to chase staff :p Read more

My husband bought two different type of wings and 2 sandwiches! The sandwiches were not so bad but the wings were super dry! I... understand it's not easy to pack wings in a box but even pizza hut makes sure they add some sauce when packing. Anyways, I don'tthink it was worth getting wings from here! Orders were messed up. Service was not good. We had to ask for napkins (wings are messy! shouldn't those be a given?) we had... to ask, more than once, for silverware. Tables around us were covered in dirty dishes from diners who had already left; theyremained the entire time we were there... 3 different tables, we were there for quite awhile. Our appetizer dishes were nevercleared from the table. Just a poor experience all the way around. Would not recommend this location to anyone. They were notbusy and 3 different wait staff came to our table so they didn't appear to be short staffed. Read more
