Been looking for our family's new Chinese restaurant since moving into the area a year ago, and I think we've found it. Online... ordering was simple, they called to confirm the order, and the woman I spoke with seemed kind. On pickup, she wished me wellwith "I hope you enjoy our food" which I thought was a really nice way of saying "Thanks for your business." Well, as it turnsout, there was no need to hope. The food was excellent. We ordered lo mein, general tso's, pepper beef, tofu soup, and steamedchicken w/ vegetables, and everything was cooked perfectly. Sauces were ample but not overloaded, fried items weren't overloadedwith breading, and rice was cooked just right. My kids devoured their portions (and some of mine), and were asking for leftoversthe next day (which never happens). I'm glad we found our new Chinese restaurant! Writing a review because it annoys me that the most recent review is from a girl who didn't even eat the food. The food was... awesome and we had great service. This is by far my favorite Chinese place in the area. Good quality, very clean pick up, good prices. My favorite is their... singapore street noodles, you can request it without specific protein separate from those listed (pork, chicken, shrimp). Goodvegetarian options as well. Read more
Me and my boyfriend have tried a couple Chinese places in Leesburg and nothing I have enjoyed. I was googling reviews and... Chen’s had the first 7 reviews to be 5 stars and great feedback so I decided to give them a try. This place was absolutelyamazing! We had 4 entrees and 2 soups for pickup and every single one of our dishes was absolutely perfect. The woman workingbehind the counter and who took my order on the phone was so polite and accommodating to make sure I knew where the restaurantwas. She was so happy to hear this was our first time and hoped we enjoyed it. I cannot wait to go back and let her know she hascustomers for life and that we were so happy with everything we had! Ordered rom here a bunch of times before. Food was fine. Service was fine until tonight. I called for delivery. I was placing... my order and they got another call. They left the line open and proceeded to take the new callers entire order which I heardincluring parts of their Credit card.... Then they came back to me. I expressed my frustration and asked why they didn't placethem on hold and finish my order first? They explained I was taking to long to place my order. I refused to continue my orderand they hung up. I tried to call back but my number has been blocked. Horrible customer experience. Read more
