I visit this Roy Rogers 3 to 4 times a month. I like the milk shakes because you can watch them being prepared while you are... paying at the Drive through. They don't come from a big dispenser. I used to get the Roast beef and cheese but they are hit ormiss. If you happen to come near closing time they rell you they are out of Roast beef??? Out of Roast beef! I had it happen tome several times. Just a heads up. If you do get a Roast beef during normal hours it is almost always 5 stars. Service is goodemployees polite. Read more
Don't try calling because they never pick up the phone. But otherwise, they service is great. They are very willing to listen... exactly what you want, every friendly about giving out all the sauces and boats/utensils. They will cook it fresh for you andyou come back for it in about 25-30 minutes. Read more
I made an attempt to buy six roast beef three of the staff laughed out loud and said too bad we don?t have none tell him!!!... through the intercom )that?s how they talk about there clients ?? I?ve been working for 10 hour shift and I will be feeding sixhard-working crew members it was a very embarrassing experience. I just stopped through the drive in a few minutes ago. I got a drenched chicken biscuit and didn't get the milk carton I ordered... and my father paid $10.15 for an incomplete order. The only positive thing I can say are the golden brown breakfast fries. Read more
This restaurant is the absolute best! This is my second time coming here and both times were pleasurable! The food is always... good and hot! The customer service is phenomenal! I use to go to the Roy's on E Market Street because it was closer to my job.But after several times of being spoken to with such rudeness I stopped going to Roy's altogether! After 4 months I decided tocheck out another location and boom ???? ???? ???? ???? this location is on their game!! This location won my love for Roy'sback! I was delighted with my first ever visit at Roy Rogers. The layered fluffy egg sandwich was on sourdough bread two times the... size of chickfila. The pirate are thinly sliced. Really great. Staff tho was very impatient and not pleasant. Read more
This is my favorite Roy Rogers. Friendly, fast service, clean... food is always great. The roast beef & chicken tenders are my... favorites. The strawberry shortcake is so good, too..! They also have delicious hand made milk shakes. Read more
The place looked closed when we first got there. Service was fine and fast enough. But when we got home to eat, all of the food... was cold, practically enedible. You'd think for a fast food place with no other customers in front of us the food would be hotand fresh, but I guess not Read more
