I wish I could give them a negative-10 !!! This is nothing but horror place at night time, I work for door dash and Uber eats.... While I arrive this place with an order to pick up nobody was down there, I called several times my door dash helpdesk calledthem nobody pick up the phone left messages and couldn?t pick up anything. It took me 37 minutes to get this order canceled anddidn?t get paid anything yet but the $3.50 so don?t come this restaurant anyone work for Uber or door dash or any kind of fooddelivery just ignore that one if you receive any orders to pick up from this restaurant. Husband and I ordered Chicken Tiki Masala and it was fantastic! We ordered plain spaghetti for our kids and our server, Andrew... was very kind! There was no long wait, we were seated immediately and food came out pretty quickly. Read more

The best Kashmiri rogan josh I've ever tasted. We've been going there for years. Mostly carry out but the service has been good... when seated. It's attached to a hotel/conference hall making for an interesting set up but it's worth the adventure. Read more

Our food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited at the front for several minutes while my husband went to search... someone out. Our waiter finally came around and said, "Can I help you?" Like and idiot I said, "We'd like to eat!" Verystrange way to greet a diner. We got room temperature tap water and no drink for my daughter, there were no drinks listed onthe menu, and there were no kids options. The booths we sat in were old and wobbly and very uncomfortable. We asked for mildspice and it ended up much spicier than I would have like, since I was sharing it with my baby. She could barely eat it butdevoured the plain rice. We only saw the one guy the whole time. Food tasted good but we've received FAR better service fromsome of the other restaurants in Ashburn. We might try their buffet sometime, but otherwise we are not coming back. Read more

One star is still too high of a rating in my opinion but this place is horrible. Dimly lit; crappy service; unprofessional... behavior and I can keep going. We had bought a groupon for Silk and I think we still ended up over-paying for our meal. Wereached the restaurant at 9pm (closes at 10pm) last night. There was another group of people finishing up their meal and weended up being their last customer for the night. The manager came and took our order and recommended getting the raita with ourmeal which we did. Order was place and we promptly got our appetizers with two chutneys and pickle. The chutney tasted as if ithad gone bad. Once we finished with our appetizers, our table was cleared and dinner plates were set. While we were waiting fordinner to be served, the manager started yelling at hi staff and we could hear every word out of his mouth. He was degrading hisemployees which was uncalled for. He screamed at them because they didn't clean up the tables or set them up for the followingday. I would seriously call our dinner mediocore because the meal was served to us cold with two items missing. We had askedfor something to make our meal more spices on the side. We did not receive the raita or anything else to make our meal morespicey. Why didn't we ask our server or the manager? Well, they were no where to be found. No one came to ask how our meal was.No one came to refill our drinks. No one came to ask if we needed anything else. The service overall was horrible. I have neverreceived such bad service in my entire life. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for Indian food even if that meanstravelling further out for it because this place isn't worth your time or money. The only reason why we tipped last night isbecause we felt bad for the employees working there. Neither I nor my family will return to this establishment. Read more

Terrible service, but at least one good dish. Also at least two bad dishes. - We arrive and are ignored at the entrance while... the waiter talked on the phone. - A few minutes later the waiter gestures us towards a table and continues talking on the phone. I then assumed it was a seat yourself restaurant, and went to pick up some menus. I had to spend a minute rifling through thelunch and wine menus to find the dinner menus, and just as I started to walk back to the table, the waiter (who was watching thewhole time) then stopped me and said "no no, I bring these" - It took too long for our order to be taken - I asked for a dessertcoffee to drink, pointing to it on the menu. "Oh, we don't have that" - I ordered a regular coffee instead, got decaf, and nofree refills - We ordered samosas, which never came, but did manage to make their way onto our bill - The food took too long(about 25 minutes) to arrive - One good thing: my dish, the daal makhina, was very tasty - My boyfriend's dish, on the otherhand, was outright bad. He ordered aloo gobhi masala... but the sauce was not masala, it was almost purely tomato sauce, itbelonged on spaghetti more than Indian food. A gentleman at the table next to us ordered tikka masala, and had the sameproblem. - I attempted to pay the bill with cash, and asked for change. I was informed that the restaurant had no change, so"please give us your card, it's so much more convenient for us" At least they honored my Groupon, and did take the samosas offof our bill, but we will never return.
