Spend your money elsewhere. The host stand/managers/staff were really rude and unorganized. It was really awkward. The food and... drinks took a long time to come out. (Our server got us wine quicker because she said she could pour it herself— but stilltook too long. I ordered a cocktail and it took 30 min.) The food is over priced and under seasoned. This is my new favorite restaurant in Leesburg. After 6+ visits everything has been delicious. Service is solid. The owner and... manager are great and bring out samples during slower times. I really wanted to like this place. I love the concept. Wines were good and reasonably priced. Service was good. Food was... expensive so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the seafood did not taste fresh and a dish labeled on the menu as beingprepared with risotto was served with rice. When I pointed this out I was essentially told "no this is risotto". This was adisappointing response that soured the experience and was the memory I took home with me. Overall, I would say there were waytoo many shortcuts taken in the kitchen for the money. First time visiting. We did enjoy our food, wine and dessert. After our dinner we sat outside listening to live music which... completed our Friday evening. Hubby had Seafood Chippino Stew and I tried the Pork Wiener Schnitzel. Unfortunately, the pork wasthin, dry and over cooked. Pros: good service, great vibe I considered giving four stars, because the beet salad I ordered was very tasty, however the... quality of the meat of my filet mignon was not good, and certainly was not worth the exorbitant price! It was doused and gravyin an attempt to improve the flavor, but it was the chewy texture that bothered me. The scalloped potatoes and asparagus whichaccompanied it were fine, butt nothing to write gone about. The only negative thing I can say about the friendly and attentiveservice was that I had to ask for bread for our table of six which should have been brought while the first few guests werewaiting for the last to arrive. I didn't have any wine, which is what their specialty is, so I cannot comment on that aspect.After having our entrees, my company didn't want to spend the money and risk the quality of dessert, so we choose to goelsewhere for that option, so I cannot comment on their desserts either.
