My parents, spouse and myself decided to celebrate our anniversaries together tonight and tried The Hitching Post for the first... time. We are sitting on the patio outside listening to a guitarist play wonderful relaxing music and enjoying a delicious meal.We had the lobster ravioli and the New York strip. Everything was cooked to perfection. Everyone we have interacted with hasbeen wonderful and we will definitely be back again! Read more

It was a cool place, but the food was kind of a letdown. The chicken sounded interesting on paper, but was overcooked and the... sauce seemed more suited for a pancake topping than for chicken. The Short Ribs looked awesome, but they tasted kind of old(or something like that). They would be better on mashed potatoes than the little potatoes in my opinion. Read more

I would give this place a good solid 4. Even 4 1/2. Good service, the waitress was very nice. Decent beer list. I got the crab... cakes which were pretty good. A little more filler than I would have liked for the price. Everyone else seemed to like what theygot. Yes I would recommend. Read more

Brunch is fabulous for $14 each. Salmon cakes today. Spectacular. Must buy. August 2019 another great brunch. Although they... should charge $1 more and make the non-alcoholic drinks free. FYI: Justin is a great server. November 2019: lunch. Slow servicebut very good food. Dessert took 15 minutes to be served. No creme brulee, sad. Read more
