This place has absolutely zero management or people skills. Lobby needs to be clean . They don't wear gloves or hair nets. This... place needs to be taking over by new management. If not, tear it down..I doubt corporate even cares. Just look at the reviews. Read more

Been a few times. The burgers are always stale and taste horrible. Egg shells in the breakfast muffins and this morning there... were server's hair inside it. Every visit was subpar and the food tasted terrible. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Leesville ifyou want McGarbage. I don't feel safe eating food from here. Read more
$9 I paid for a bacon double cheeseburger with fries and a sprite. It looked like they pulled it out of the garbage and put it... in the bag. The fries were half full and cold and the burger was in worse shape. The manager made a new order but this is not aplace I would want to go unless there was nothing else to eat in the world. This place just keeps getting worse. Very lazy service and always recieve incomplete orders when I go through the drive through.... Today I received this and they didn't give us 2 McChickens that we ordered. I know I should've checked but c'mon. It's a bitridiculous that it keeps happening. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been here 3 years and unfortunately since it?s the most convenient fast food... that stays open somewhat late, it still gets customers. I had one pregnancy while living here and all I craved was McFlurrys.Almost every night I would go around the same time 9/10 and some nights were hit or miss. Google states they close at midnightsand some nights they do, other nights you have employees telling customers ?they don?t give us enough employees to work past 11?as if that were a customers fault or problem. The days they decide to close at midnight they?ll shut down the ice cream machineat 9 for cleaning. Wonderful. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT! Quality of the food is 10/10 terrible. Videos of enormous rats runningacross the fountain beverages. I?m just sick of the poor customer service here. I hope they shut down. ???? drive the extra 10minutes y?all. Read more
