Rude. Honestly no other way to explain it, used drive thru but my order was messed up. So after checking everything I went... inside to pretty much be called stupid even while showing proof of the receipt that they did not know how to complete an order,but yet told me how to specify it next time so it?s right, even though that?s exactly how I said it at the speaker. And aboveall this was the manager. I?m not the one for a customer is always right, I was a manager for a long time, but when I?m showingyou with proof of the receipt and you still try to belittle me, it?s sad. Also the chicken nuggets were definitely old, a mainmenu item should at least be kept fresh. Read more
When you order a large cup of coffee and they don?t fill it up. When you ask them to fill it up they give you a lame excuse that... the machine fills the cups and hands you back the 3/4 cup of coffee. I?m sorry but a blind monkey could tell that it wasn?tfilled up. I called the manager and she didn?t have any other to say as I will talk to the team member. Unexceptable! Read more
It's like any other McDonald's but I have never once seen the tables actually be clean in this one no matter the time of day.
This is the lowest mcdonalds ive been to, several visits due to lack of other options, im convinced thats the only thing thats... kept this in business. The amount of grease/fat all over the buns everytime is a clear sign of dirty hands handling the food,likely raw meat fat/grease. The food is thrown together sloppyily and messy in the wrapper, to the point the burgers wereseperate by individual parts, literally in the bag and not a wrapper cause they threw it in there and the wet toppings areseeping through the bag. In the morning everytime i order bundle items w/ hashbrowns they try to charge for the regular price ofjust the items AND exclude the hashbrowns. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could!!! Slowest fast food place I have ever been too. Make sure you double check your order when... you get it because it?s most likely going to be wrong after waiting 25min, then your waiting another 15min for them to fix it ifyour lucky. Always under staffed and the a lot of workers have the worst attitude. I hope the manager sees this and either fixesthe issue or gets replaced with a manager who will. Read more
Absolute horrible experience on my last visit. Only one register open so I tried the kiosk for my order and was very... disappointed. Picking the items was easy enough, but checkout was confusing. Kept asking for a tent number, but there were nonearound, so I made up my own number and it allowed me to place the order but without payment. I waited in line for 5 minutes toverify that the order was placed and it had been. The store's general manager was there but could only accept cash at herregister so I was forced to get in line behind a large family, so another wait was in store. In the meantime, my order was givento me and the fries were cold, so I asked for fresh fries. I ate the burger while waiting for the fries. I went to fill mybeverage cup, only to find no ice available. Upon leaving, the garbage can was overflowing and I had to make room in the can tofit my trash. I tried to comment on the McDonald's website, but every time I put in the location, it took me to anothersite...as if they knew about the service and didn't want to hear about it. This restaurant is certainly not up to McDonald'sstandards, so patrons beware. Read more
53 minutes here in the drive through, with 3 cars before me when I arrived. The order was messed up, they forgot an entire kids... meal, and the burger was colder than room temp. Read more
The food was awesome they forgot a milk but they didn't see it own the receipt they got use are milk great work
