This is seriously the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. & we PCS?d here from Fairbanks Alaska so THAT should tell you something... ????. (Fast food in Fairbanks is horrible). This place makes the Taco Bell in Fairbanks seem like a 5 star restaurant. I findthe staff a little off putting and a tad rude. Food comes out in a timely manner but only because they quite literally sloppedeverything together. Sauce literally pouring out of my quesadilla after I take a bite. WAYYY too much. There was a long line in drive thru so I went inside to order. I went up to counter and looked over the menu. I stood there for... at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. One of the employees asked, from the back of the restaurant, if I wouldlike to use the kioski today? To which I replied no. She then asked a teammate if he would mind coming to take my order, allwith a disgruntled attitude. After 3 or 4 minutes my order was finally placed. After another 10 to 15 minute wait, the greatfood was bagged up and ready to be eaten. The food itself was great. The customer service needs a refresher course.... Read more
