I went to this location today. I drove home and my grandmother wasn?t happy with the chicken because it was kinda soggy. I drove... back to town to take food back. The manager (Yoseko-I?m sure that?s not how it?s spelled, but I tried) was AWESOME and very verypleasant. She fixed the order with NO PROBLEM. Her customer service was TOP TIER. I would go back to this location after today?sexperience with the manager. Good job, KFC in hiring her. It helped me not get upset after having to drive back 7 miles toreturn the food. Read more
Rude. Not helpful. And actual dumb staff. First was a closed dining room to public while you could plainly see 3 employees... living it up in the dining room, no one employee cared about there job, not only was the lady taking my order rude, but swore upand down they didn't have different sized sides! Like really? I know that menu inside and out! Refused to budge on that. Andthis is speaking for EVERYTIME I have visited this location, your order will ALWAYS be wrong and you find out after driving 20minutes home with 50-75 dollars worth of food, just to be a complete waste. Management is just as bad as the staff with notwanting to be there, work, or show any type of decent customer service, almost as if they think they are entitled the paycheckwithout having to do their job! Food has always been terrible for the past 10 years I've lived here, can now sadly say thanks tothem im hanging my hat with all kfc's, and im a big money spender at restaurants as I have a small army to feed. I have to say I?m not a batesburg Leesville fast food or any food fan. But this place I have to say deserves a compliment.... Because the last two times I?ve been there the chicken is fresh and tastes delicious and perfectly cooked. Food was good, a bit over priced but so is everything else these days.
I've had mixed experiences with this place some good some bad at times the place is quick and you get your food in a timely... manners other times their will be someone rude on the drive thru and have to wait a little to get your food, I use to go heremore often for the wedges and I know it has been a while since they were discontinued but otherwise the place is good but I wishthey would bring them back Read more
asked for a large mac and cheese, even clarified and said multiple times because it was the main part of our order, they still... gave us a small that was halfway full if even that. then were so slow that we refused to go back through the drive through as wehad spent the past 15 minutes in line. they need to get better management or get new headsets or something that will help thisplace. or all new employees. the quality of this place is absolute garbage. We visited KFC yesterday (2-10- 2020) They have Remolded and it is so much better, So Clean and Pleasent, smells good, The... employees are so different, They greet You with a Smile and Their attitudes are great and They act like it's a pleasure to serveyou. The last time we were there it was not clean and attitudes were lousy and not a good atmosphere was not good, THANK YOUKFC FOR CHANGING THINGS AND MAKING YOUR ESTABLISHEDMENT A NICE PLACE TO VISIT AND ENJOY A NICE MEAL, Prices are okay and We willDefinitely visit again. You have this lamented sign in your drive-thru window talking about staffing shortages and asking us to please be nice to your... employees as they are doing their best. How about your employees be nice to us. Your drive-thru personal never greeted me, noteven to tell me my total as I gave her my card. When I asked about a straw for my drink she was irritated that she had to tellme it?s in my bag. Horrible service! Read more
