While we generally love taco bell, our experience today was very lackluster. I don't particularly mind ordering at the kiosk,... but we waited for a good 10 minutes for our name to be called. We were having a conversation so it wasn't terrible, but no namewas called. My husband looked up and saw a bag sitting on the counter, he inquired as to if it was ours. The employee said "Idon't know, I don't know what you ordered!" We were missing our drinks, another downfall of kiosk ordering, chips, and burrito.The burrito was never made correct, but the chips and drinks were corrected. I am disappointed because we do really enjoy tacobell but sometimes you get what you pay for! Read more
After sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes at 8:30pm I decided to go in and order only to find the doors unlocked with no... one inside. There was 2 cars in the parking lot with employees in them that watched me sit at the drive thru and then watched mego in and come back out and never said a thing. I left and I will be contacting corporate on Monday to let them know theiremployees are leaving the store open and unattended. Read more
So I placed an order on the mobile app and sent my son to pick it up. Noticed he was taking long to get back home when he calls... me and told me they completely messed up our order and gave him attitude when he brought it to their attention. They took back athe food and had to remake it. Such nerve to give attitude when it was their mistake!! Read more
I'm a picky person I'm not a big lettuce and tomato and all that stuff I don't like to slimy stuff on my sandwiches tacos... burritos whatever anyhow you just want to Taco Bell the other day and I was extremely impressed by the young lady I told herwhat I wanted which was basically just the steak the cheese and some onions little bit more onions than what I wanted but that'sokay she followed it to the tea never asked me one question after that except for what size T sweet tea and got up there gaveyou the money got the food the tea the way we went very easy Read more

Mixed experiences that will depends on who is working the drive thru and making the food the place is sometimes quick but at... times you wil be in a line waiting for a little while the food is normally good and the people nice but like I said before italso depends who's working but other wise the place is good Read more
As a busy parent the convenience of having a Taco Bell in town is great. On the other hand they are super slow, I?ve had... multiple issues with them at the drive through, order is wrong 85% of the time. Today we ordered the taco salad and it wasawful. The steak was rubbery and cold, also the lettuce in the Salad was non existent. Quesadilla had about 4 pieces of steak init. I?m super disappointed. Oh and let?s not forget that the service is awful and if you decide to address them about your order90% of the time you will get an attitude. Read more
