Well, you've managed to revert back to worst Wendy's in the area. New employee took my order and clearly had more sense than the... employee training her. I ordered a bowl of Chile to go, THAT'S ALL! New employee wanted to fill my order, trainer forbade herfrom doing so. 15 minutes later, still no Chile, I asked for a refund and my order gets moved to the top of the queue and I getmy Chile. I actually know something about fast food management having been a Domino's Pizza franchisee, and can tell you withoutreservation that the attitude of the training employee is reflective of the store management that puts indicators like drivethru times above taking care of customers standing right in front of them. I'd reviewed this store 3 years ago when it appearedthey had finally figured it out. Obviously that was short lived. Something has changed at this location. This used to be theworst Wendy's in the whole area. There has been substantial improvement since they remodeled the store. Must be new managementas well. Read more
Hands down best food I've gotten from a Wendy's. Fresh and perfect. Fries nuggets and burger all hot and fresh!
The service was excellent. The two girls at the front counter were so nice and they got my food fast. The one blonde girl taking... my order was so patient and the black girl with the pigtails was so fast when she got my food and she had a bright smile. Read more
I ordered a Baconator and twice was given the wrong sandwich.... And then upon telling them they gave me the wrong sandwich they... acted like I was inconveniencing them. Seriously how hard could it possibly be to listen to one item and get it correct? Read more
I never had a better experience with a window taker before the girl with the blonde braids was so nice to me taking my order and... when I got to the window she seem like such a genuine person she definitely needs a raise great service by her. Read more
