Terrible experience! Came here with my family for dinner and we just waited more than 30 minutes for our nachos, that was only... the appetizer. Does it really take more than 30 minutes to make nachos? The restaurant wasn?t even that busy. Also, the cheesewas already cold when we finally ate it. All the servers seemed unorganized and rushed. Our server took the order of the guyssitting by us before ours. And we got there earlier! Out little daughter was literally crying because of such a long wait.Overall, a terrible experience. I went here on a Sunday evening cause the loud sports bar experience is not usually what I?m looking for. The atmosphere was a... good level of calmness as they weren?t very busy at the time. I loved their wings, but the mozzarella sticks had exploded in thedeep fryer, so I was served a lot of grease in a shell that had the cheese melted out of it. Had a hard time getting theattention of our server so we went without drinks for a while too. Not ideal with hot wings. I loved the wings so I?ll probablygo back and will definitely look for a time when they are not too busy. I?ll just cross my fingers for better service. Mighthave just been an off night. Read more
Ordered the bird dawgs via doordash. The food was okay in general, but they completely forgot one of the entrees. Generally I... think BWW has gone really downhill, so I haven't been much in the past several years. Places like it's just wings or wing stophave filled in the gap. Literally this was the worst experience. I?m being told my wings have sauce. Must be inflation; because it looks like a dry rub.... I ordered for curbside pickup and checked in. I waited for 20 minutes (15 minutes past the time they told me it would be ready).When I went in, I was handed a bag with warm wings, and a warm salad (with no dressing). I doubt I?ll be back again. Especiallyafter the employee on the phone had the balls to tell me that I got the right sauce (I have eaten wings to go, and in the store,with the SAME SAUCE dozens of times). But apparently, I?m stupid and I don?t know the difference between a rub and a saucedwing. Just look at the photo. Read more
Great wings great taste and spicy. Only had about 4 games playing on the TVs which was too bad. Drinks were filled only about... 1/3 of the time which was too bad. Waitress was friendly. Lots of wipes were on the table which helped with clean up. Read more
I just got this for take out. It was over the amount at the restaurant. Although when I go into the actual Buffalo wild wings... it's bigger with more chicken and much more delicious. Which made me want to order it for takeout. What the heck Buffalo wildwings! Please make take out as good as eat in! Read more
Very disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. I used to frequent this location (as I like wings as much as the next guy)... and to be honest the service has always been inferior but the food and prices used to be pretty good. The last few years thequality of the food has declined as much and as rapidly as the prices have increased. My biggest problem is that the BWW peopleseem to use infant or midget chickens. The wings are miniature! It doesn?t help that you pay a dollar for each wing. I added apicture of one of the ?wings? I paid a dollar for. (The wing it?s next to for perspective is also small). I also got a side offries for my wife for 5$ and when I picked them up there were around 15 fries. Ridiculous. Read more
