I pulled up to the speaker and the guy in the box asked me to wait 5-6 minutes before ordering. There was one customer at the... window ahead of me. When asked about the inordinate delay, the Box-Guy indicated they were short staffed. Fine. It happens. It happens here a lot. That?s a management problem. Before I continue, I want it made clear that am very well aware this location is short staffed and I tried being patient and... understanding. I waited at the speaker with no cars in line for 5 minutes and no one had said anything so I pulled up to thewindow. The lady at the window told me that they take orders at the speaker box and went on about how she didn't hear me there.I told her I completely understand they are short staffed and its not a big deal. She said "i guess this ONE time i'll take yourorder at the window." She took my order after I told her I was there and said "hello?" A few times. The only thing I ordered wasa kids meal. It took 10 minutes to make and they left out the fries that are supposed to be included in the kids meal. A totalwaste of time and money. Read more
I love a whopper. But every time I go to this location I end up wondering why I did it again. 20 mins and still waiting. ... There was one car ahead of me and they are still waiting even though it took me over 10 minutes to place my order. The servicehere is without a doubt the worst service possible. Hopefully at some point whoever owns this place will actually visit and seewhat's going on. Read more
Never go to this location. They made us wait for 30 min just to say the inside was closed. As some of my group was able to order... the rest had to leave. The group that was able to order waited 45 min for their food, and they gave us 4 medium fries that werecold. When I asked them why our food wasn?t done, she had told me it was because of the fries. After that she had given us onlyone freshly made fry. I asked a question regarding why we were getting the cold fries and the girl was extremely sassy. It wentas far as her not pushing the food to me over the counter. NEVER go to THIS location! You?ll only receive BAD SERVICE AND COLDFOOD. Read more
Definitely the last time! I did a retry to see if the quality went up. Sad to say that the quality doesn?t go up. Line of drive... through was 5 cars before me and took me 30min from arriving to leaving. Ordered a large meal and got as a Coke, a drink that isclearly a mix of Dr Pepper and Coke with less freshness. Thank you to close the restaurant. They were very understaffed, and the few staff that were there spent more time chatting with each other than working on our... food. None of them ever wore gloves to handle food, and there were multiple other health code violations I saw while I was there(I also work in the food industry so I know what I?m talking about). None of the menu screens were working, so we just had toguess on what to order. The cash register at the front also wasn?t working, so the worker had to yell the orders across thestore to one of the workers at the drive through register. We waited for our food for probably 10 minutes, then when we finallygot it, they messed up one of the sandwiches and forgot multiple drinks. When we went up to ask if this could be corrected, weshowed them the receipt and then the girl walked away and ignored us for two minutes before one of the guys came over andfinally helped us. After he gave us our drinks, I waited another 5 minutes for them to finish making my sandwich. I watched themthe entire time they made it, it took them 3 minutes to even start making it (they needed time to socialize first). After thelady finally made the burger, it took them another 2 minutes to move the 6 feet to hand the burger to me. Did not want to put any stars. However in order to leave a review you have to unfortunately. My daughter and I stopped here... because we were so hungry and had to use the restroom. After walking into the most disgusting bathroom and feet sticking in thefloor to get there, we decided not only to NOT use the bathroom, but definitely not eat here. I cannot imagine if the bathroomis that filthy and the employees are going in there to wash their hands to make food how sick we might get so we left. This is adisgrace and needs to be shut down. No one is in there. So, definitely plenty of time to clean. GROSS. Read more
Just sad! Ordered two quarter pound king sandwiches at the drive through, drove 2.3 miles to eat at home. Burgers were cold and... very dry. The bun was between fresh and stale. It was dressed with cheese two pickle slices, a few onion rings, and a littlesquirt of ketchup and mustard. Condiments only left a trace on the bun, and the other side was barron. At home, had tomicrowave some life into it, then added tomato more ketchup and some mayo just to eat it. Now I know why I never see anybodyeating there. I am definitely not coming back. Read more
