A-MA-ZING Hands down the best, most authentic Vietnamese food I've had on the US mainland. Really missed this after leaving... Hawai'i, so happy. So far tried the Pho, the vermicelli bowl and the fresh spring rolls. Everything gets made fresh rightthere, and they have several Tofu options. And to round it up, their Boba is the real deal! OMG this place is awesome, great Pho. We visit many local places across the country and I would definitely put this place in our... top 20 if taste. Our favorite place is in Indianapolis, then las Vegas, but this Cafe Trang Bristo is definitely in our top 20to eat Pho.
