Luminaria tradition to descend on this sweet bistro just before closing and eat our weight in hot food. They never disappoint-... the staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. We always try beef pho wherever we go- the flavor here is great. Not toooily, very rich, perfectly paired with extra noodles. Read more

A-MA-ZING Hands down the best, most authentic Vietnamese food I've had on the US mainland. Really missed this after leaving... Hawai'i, so happy. So far tried the Pho, the vermicelli bowl and the fresh spring rolls. Everything gets made fresh rightthere, and they have several Tofu options. And to round it up, their Boba is the real deal! Go get a Taro/Coconut boba. Read more

OMG this place is awesome, great Pho. We visit many local places across the country and I would definitely put this place in our... top 20 if taste. Our favorite place is in Indianapolis, then las Vegas, but this Cafe Trang Bristo is definitely in our top 20to eat Pho. The both has an amazing taste, the positions are big for tow people and lots of vegetables. Read more

The Honey Glazed Grilled Pork Noodle Bowl is amazing! Add the egg roll to it and thank me later. Make sure you pour the sauce... on. Sort of a sweet/salty flavor. We've now been back for this at least 5 times. Read more

We had an excellent takeout experience from Cafe Trang. We had never been here before, but I was hoping to find a good, local... pho spot to ease my under-the-weather blues. Success! We ordered a large Thai Tea (which was almost $6 = expensive!), but itwas good and creamy. All the food arrived hot which I know is rare for takeout, and I was extremely pleased and relieved Ididn't have to eat cold food. Packaging was secure and nothing spilled or got messy. We tried the Bahn Mi first. You have theoption to choose your protein (out of like 10 different ones, including tofu), but the Teriyaki Chicken sounded the best at thetime. I would be totally willing to try other proteins next time. For $6.99, this sammich was a deal! The chicken was real, tender chicken chunks. Thank goodness -- I really don't like dry chicken AT ALL. The teriyaki was a great contrast to thepickled veggies on there. It wasn't too heavy, so I was able to enjoy the pho right after no problem. The Pho was excellent! This was definitely my fave outta the three things we ordered. Loved the broth, thinly-sliced white onion (which I don't thinkI've ever seen before), and tender meatballs. They gave us basil and lime, but I wish there was more of it. We used our own limefor the juice, and it is oh-so-worth it! This was the first Pho dish I've had where there seemed to be more noodles than broth,so there was plenty for me and my BF to share. If you're ordering takeout, I would use your own big bowl since the bowl thenoodles came in would've totally overflowed. I will definitely be coming back here for my Bahn Mi and Pho fixes for sure!Excellent quality for what you pay. Read more

We had such a wonderful experience at this Cafe Trang location by the Traverse mountain outlets. The restaurant is very clean... and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious as well as the melt tea and calamari. Read more
