The ordering process here is terrible. This location had kiosks for a couple of days and now has them offline. I cannot stand... having to repeat the order over and over. Can someone please just write it down. Or, better yet, get the kiosks back up. I willnever stand in this line and order again. Trying to repeat an order for 5 people is such poor customer service. I love Zupas this place is fast, fresh, and delicious. I love the half and half combo and typically get the BBQ chicken salad... with the Wisconsin cheddar soup! You can?t go wrong! This location has a drive through or a dine in! Read more
This location is beautiful, aesthetically modern and pleasing, clean, and delicious. The staff are very friendly and kind. The... food is even more flavorful than other locations I've been to. The service was fast and easy. The try 2 combo is always the bestthing they have as the choices are endless. I love the seating arrangements, the interior and exterior design, and the amazingfood. We had the Wisconsin Cauliflower soup, the chicken enchilada chili, the brisket grilled cheese sandwich, and themangoberry salad. All of it was incredible. Best location ever! Read more
This particular store has a much better environment than the one in American Fork. Inside it's big, spacious and brightly lit. ... The food that Zupas makes is healthy, delicious and well made. I do miss the kind of bread they use to include with theirentrées. It was a slice of French bread which I liked better than the dense rolls they serve now. Read more
I am surprised at how disjointed the operation of this restaurant is. Even more surprising is that they have had plenty of... reviews regarding the speed of service and general operations of the location and seemingly have not addressed them. We waitedin line for 20 minutes without moving while they prepared online orders. Then we ordered our sandwich and waited another 3-5minutes for someone to get our soup. When the soup was done they rang us up but said one of the sandwiches wasn?t ready yet. Wewatched customer after customer leave with a sandwich we had to go up and ask twice for the sandwich, we finally got it after wehad eaten everything else. Looked like the parking lot was full yet after getting inside there was still plenty of room. The service was fast and the... staff was friendly. The food met the Cafe Zupas standards (a little skimpy on the items that go on top of the salad likestrawberries, nuts, etc). Note that this one has a drive thru! Read more
The food there has always been fine. But I ordered a meal on Doordash from an Zupas 5 minutes away and I waited for over two... hours before cancelling the order. The dasher arrived there right away and updated me along the way. Telling me that there was arush and they were pushing all the in person and drive thru orders through first. But leaving all the Door Dash orders waitingand continuing to pile up. So not only did it affect the dasher waiting for so long for the food when they could have beenfulfilling other orders in that time, but I was starving and fed up with waiting. I figured putting in a completely new orderwould be faster than waiting for that one. I understand dinner rushes, but I?ve never had my meal at any restaurant takeanywhere close to 2 hours. It seems as though they don?t have any kind of system in place, and in turn are leaving people out todry. Some better organization would leave a lot more people happier and wanting to go there again.
