I do enjoy the El Pollo Loco but when you order a tostada and don't get a tostada it's disappointing
We love coming here! All the chicken is grilled instead of fried like all the other chicken fast food options in town. All the... menu options have great flavor so you can't go wrong with what you order. The only item that isn't so great is the churros. Deepfried, dripping in grease, and not a lot of the cinnamon sugar coating. The pico could use more seasoning as well. Read more
This was my first experience with El Pollo Loco and I was not very pleased with the food we got delivered to us. I ordered a 8... piece family meal on Uber and paid $35 total for burnt and dried out chicken that had very little taste to them. They forgot thesalsa for our chips and the dressing for our salad we ordered. The Mac and cheese is good but definitely can taste a lot ofbutter ???? I?m hesitant to try this location again. El pollo Loco is one of our favorite chicken places to go when we?re having a late dinner. I especially love how they cook... their grill chicken on the fire. Mac & cheese is nice and creamy. Their hot sauce has a kick to it which is one of the thingsthat made me decide to get dinner here. The outside of the restaurant was clean and in good condition from what I couldsee. The order takers was quick to take our order and we got our food right away. We had an excellent experience and our foodwas absolutely delicious. Just ate here right now. Food is sooo delicious their tostada salad is great only reason i gave it a 3 was because of the... customer service at drive thru it was very complicated to hear her i had to keep asking her to repeat because i couldntunderstand and she didnt try to speak up, seemed she was laughing having a convo in the background. very distractedindividual so it made it frustrating to order, seemed like she was to busy speaking with her co workers while i was trying tofigure out what she was even saying about my order at the same time. I suggest you guys leave your work conversations when yourcompletely finished taking a customer's order. reason being is she couldn't hear what i was saying either i had to keeprepeating as well.
