My friends and I were having a bit of a rough evening. Our plan A didn't work out. Our plan B didn't work out. By the time we... ended up at Firehouse Subs as our plan C, we were all somewhat frazzled. Firehouse Subs turned a stressful evening into apleasurable experience. The employees were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Since it was close to closing, theyeven offered us free soup, I'm presuming so they didn't end up having to just throw it away. First time trying this sandwich shop. It was very tasty. My cashier was super friendly and had a good sense of humor (I believe... his name was Sean). I order a large sub with drink/ mac n cheese and a chips and man was I stuffed. The meat quality was great,the bread was nice and fresh and the mac and cheese was delicious ????. The sandwich was good with generous meat and accompaniments. However, we ordered the food to go and my wife asked for a water... cup that held a lid. The person, who I believe was the owner, refused and only gave her a small plastic cup. First time for methat a Firehouse has not been generous with a water cup. I ordered a Jamaican Jerk turkey from Uber eats this afternoon and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese wasn?t steamed all the way... through and I was given an over sauced untoasted Cajun Chicken :( I love firehouse but this was huge disappointment. I used towork there and know the steps that need to be taken to ensure order quality, I don?t feel like they were present today. Also mypickle was just thrown into the box when they?re supposed to be wrapped individually so my sandwich was soggy and pickles :(( Read more
Omg this place is so good. I've never had a better Italian sub in my life. And these guys here really care! The workers were... awesome and told me people's favorites and then helped me pick the perfect meal. Not only that, they made this sub beautifully.Not slopped together: stacked to perfection. Great food and employees hard working and amazing me and my sister work at apollo burger and fire house isn't that far away... maybe like 1 min by walk we go to fire house every sunday for Lunch and the employees are amazing always nice and the food isalways great and amazing the guys behind the counter work so hard to provide for there customers and they always do there bestif i could give fire house in Lehi a 10 star i would!! thank you for your hard work you guys are amazing and the best we willalways support you guys thank you!!!!!!!!
