This a fine Five Guys location. The lines weren't too long and the service was relatively quick. Prices are in line with other... locations. The food was fresh and of course the fries were copious. Employees do a good job. The parking lot is kind ofawkwardly set up due to another restaurant's drive through. Egress is simple enough. Read more
The employees could not care less about you being there. Food was a bit overpriced for what I got. Portion size on drinks... seemed kind of small. Overall much better than McDonald's just not sure I will make it a regular place to go. I love a goodburger and it was pretty good but the other factors made me not want to go back. Read more
I like Five Guys. It's a simple menu and it's good food. You pay a little extra, but that's because Joe Blow goes to McDonald's... or Wendy's instead of hitting Five Guys. Stupid choices. We need people to spend a couple dollars more and buy a good burger sothat they can make enough money to sell their burger at a lowered price. I like the Cajun fries. Excellent customer service at this location. Our burger came out with the wrong ingredients, and when they went to remake the... burger, it got lost somewhere and we had to ask again and they shuffled to remake it. A little bugged at this point since we hadbeen waiting for a while, the manager came out, refunded us the money, and had the burger made immediately. Everyone was verykind and professional through the whole process. Even though we didn?t ask for it, they took the initiative to rectify thesituation and it was much appreciated!! UPDATED REVIEW: This is a very good burger place. The staff is always friendly and engaged and the food is very good. There is... one reason I can't give them a 5/5 and that is the price. There are other burger places out there that are just as good that aremuch cheaper. So unfortunately Five Guys won't be my go-to option for a burger. Read more
Terrible! Got one tiny shred of lettuce and one mushroom and a couple tiny onions. They forgot my milkshakes and told the dasher... we canceled them which we didn?t so we had to go through DoorDash to get a refund. And I still want my milkshake!! Read more
Great place for a burger! Can get real cold dining inside when everyone is opening both doors- mgmt might look at a solution.
