This place is incredibly overpriced that I get sticker shock ever time I go. Last time I went a couple years ago, I got the... smallest sized cookie dough shake (which now costs $6). It had only about 5 pieces of cookie dough in the entire thing. I wasout with my family and decided to give it another try thinking maybe it was just a fluke before and got the small size cookiedough shake (the middle size, which is actually pretty big) and it similarly had just a few cookie dough pieces on top and a fewon the bottom and the entire middle was just plain vanilla soft serve ice cream. It cost $7. I guess it wasn't a fluke. Won'tbe returning. Read more
Their burgers are great and their shakes are PHENOMENAL. You're always guaranteed a delicious, juicy, flavorful burger and if... you complement that with a cool, sweet shake, there's no doubt about it that you will be happy with your experience. JCW's is alittle on the pricier side, but their portions and taste are definitely worth the cost. If you're looking for a good burgerplace that is still considered fast food, JCW's is the place to go! Read more
We love JCW?s and we especially appreciated the great customer service that we got from the employee who delivered our food,... Savannah. She was very positive, helpful, and professional. First time here, things seemed reasonably priced. I enjoyed the food, JCW?s does match up to its competitors. One thing to work... on is product knowledge (food) for the employees at check out, since I never came before I had a few questions about a burgeroption and the young lady didn?t know anything about it, no worries, just wanted a little help to make a decision. JCW?s is a great place to get dinner for the family. The drive through line was long so we decided it to go in since the lobby... is open. It was much way faster had my order of 13 wings ready in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant as well as inside therestaurant is clean and well maintained. If I gave my husband the option he?d eat here every single day. He loves the rib eye sandwich (not pictured). I usually stick... with the guacamole bacon Swiss. This in regular combo really fills me up. I never have had a bad meal at JCWs and I?ve beeneating there since I was little and glad they opened one close to me. Read more
This was my first time at JCW's. Customer service could have been much better. It was very busy and a little slow but I expected... that going into it. I ordered the All-american burger, fries and a chocolate shake with peanut butter cups. The food wasdelicious. My burger was warm, it was full of flavor and had a nice crispy bum. The fries were very hot and seemed bottomless.The shake was thick and decent. I would definitely go back especially if one was closer to my location. Over all it was prettygood experience. Read more
Great restaurant and tons more workers than usual! We got our food faster than I anticipated! Everyone was very friendly! Highly... recommend the pastrami burger and all American burger with bacon!!
