usually pretty fast but today was disappointing. waited a total of 35 minutes for 1 sandwich, making me late back to work and... didn't get the chance to even eat it on my break.. i opened it and there was only meat and cheese, none of the included toppingon it that were written on the menu.. not even the one i specifically asked for extra of. i took it back and they offered toremake it. just left disappointed and hungry after the whole 50 minute ordeal :/ Read more
I love Jersey Mikes! I've been a long time fan, and they always have great sandwiches and wonderful customer service. I came in... today (9/13) around 4:30 and the entire staff was extremely friendly, especially Conner, who welcomed me in with a big smile andwas personable the entire time I was there. Love jersey mikes but this location doesn?t really greet you when you walk in or care about the experience. Today I ordered for... pickup and got a confirmation my order was ready. When I went in to grab it, it wasn?t there. They said they gave it to anothercustomer by mistake. After standing there for five minutes (sandwich was 15 minute past ?ready) while they worked on otherorders I inquired and they snapped at me and quickly threw the sandwich together and pushed it across the counter. I love Jersey Mike's, but this store is horrible at getting pre made orders out on time. 3rd time I have come to pick up an... order and they had not even started the order. Their ordering system is super chaotic. I ordered two sandwiches, one was hot. I waited for awhile for my hot one until I... finials asked how long it would take. I had a sneaking suspicion they gave my sandwich to someone else. I heard the sandwichmaker say it was by the register? it was not. He brought over another sandwich and the kid gave it to me. It looked an awfullike a different number written on the wrapper than I ordered but was reassured by two employees it was the right one. Drive 20mins home and open sandwich. It?s the wrong sandwich. I totally knew the mysterious number on the order was indeed a differentnumber than I ordered but the chaotic system and the bad handwriting of employees at this place failed me today. I am sad. Oh my Gawsh! This place is amazing. I love me some Jersey Mike?s anyway, but the Lehi/American Fork location just blew me away... in yumminess, attention to detail, cleanliness and friendliness!
