I work close by to this location so I have given it multiple chances and they continue to be extremely slow! I have waited over... 30 minutes in the drive through, 20 minutes in restaurant and today I have yet to receive a delivery 45 minutes later. Read more
I really hate to leave a bad review, but honestly every time I order from this specific location, there is some kind of issue... and it always takes forever to get my order. Edit: Today I ordered a meal and the drink was left behind. No biggie. When I toldthe gal the drink was missing she just grunted and said ?okay I?ll bring it back? After about 35 minutes of waiting I justcalled to see where she was and spoke with the manager and she just said ?they are on their way? instead of any kind of apologyor reimbursement. This location has really improved in the last year. I eat there quite frequently. I have only had my order wrong once. They... forgot the bacon on my sandwich. They were so nice and apologetic about it. They offered to make me a new sandwich, gave meextra bacon, and I got to pick a free side. Read more
I love the Jimmy Johns unwich sandwiches. Hunter club unwich is my usual. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp (never soggy). ... It is wrapped perfectly tight and isn?t messy like most gluten free lettuce wraps and it feels more like eating a sandwich theway it is wrapped. . I've never had any issues with any Jimmy John's location. Today after ordering catering for the whole office, one of our... co-workers took the cheese out of their food due to allergies, & she found a small cockroach right in the middle of hersandwich!! It's only "freaky fast" if you use the drive-thru. Ordering inside is "super slow"... Like ten to fifteen minutes every time. I... only use the drive-thru anymore. Food is good, same as the others in this chain. Read more
