Used to be good but food quality is going down hill. Soups and pastries are still good. Sandwiches are horrible. They only... make one type of sandwich-mayonnaise sandwich. The last three sandwiches I have had there (dine in) the bread was completelysoggy with mayonnaise and the outside of the sandwich was covered in mayonnaise so much had soaked through the bread. This wasdine in so the sandwich was brought out that way. The sparse amount of turkey on the sandwich was mediocre. I did find a smallslice of tomato hidden in all the mayonnaise. We used to love this Kneaders, but lately it's felt really run down and low-staffed. Their food just doesn't taste as fresh as... it once did and the wait times are much longer than they used to be. Most recently we purchased turkey and chicken sandwich'sfrom there and the meat just did not taste great. It sort of reminded me of canned meat, which isn't awful, just not what Iexpect when going to Kneaders. Read more
Had a terrible experience at this location. So disappointing. Went on a Monday morning at 10am. Place was moderately busy but... not too crazy. Was 10 min wait in line and then 20 minutes to get our food. By the time food came it was luke warm. We gotbreakfast sandwiches and I would rate them the same as a McDonalds sausage egg and cheese just on a fancier croissant. I got asoft drink and all the sodas were flat. Okay, it happens but guess what happened when o told the woman working in the lobby?NOTHING! They didn?t care. I just didn?t get a drink. Woman who delivered our food was also cold and a bit smug. I tried the Spicy Thai chicken salad and was so glad I did. It wasn?t really spicy but that didn?t bother me a bit because the... dressing was so dang good. It?s my new favorite thing in the menu. And of course topping it off with an almond croissant made ita perfect dinner. Read more
The staff here is awesome. I'm not a Kneader's regular, but the place was packed with them. Despite being a weekday mid-morning... it quickly filled up. There were friend groups, and a princess-themed birthday party, and even some sort of training class. Idid the pancakes which were fantastic, although the caramel syrup is not (I really wish they had good old maple). Only after Ileft did somebody tell me it was all-you-can-eat pancakes. Oh, well. If they had standard maple syrup I'd have eaten a bunch. Anyway, the rest of our group loved their food. And, like I said, the staff here can't be beat. Read more
I like to order 1/2 turkey sandwich it is excellent. Once in awhile I like to order a double fudge brownie for a treat. It... is not cheap to eat at Kneaders and I can understand how the cost of higher wages etc is being passed on to customers. From myexperience the sandwiches are always fresh. But the bake goods like the double fudge brownies are not always fresh. Thebrownie i had today was dry and tasted day old. Personally I think everything should be made fresh daily and if you have day oldbrownies, cookies, etc then you should charge the day old price which should be cheaper. Read more
Ordered through the app and it said it would be ready at 9:10. Didn't come out until 9:30. By the time we got our food the... sandwiches were soggy and falling apart. Somehow the cheese inside the sanwiches was burned. I removed the cheese and put it tothe side, as seen in the photo. The tomato soup was very acidic and off. It was a very disappointing visit. I have much higherstandards for kneaders. I usually go to the store in Orem or Provo, but this Lehi location has much to improve. Read more
