Was quoted 5-10 min for a large pepperoni. Sat and waited for 20 before I asked about my pizza. The kids laughed and said oh we... haven?t even started that, continued talking and in zero rush to make it. What has happened to customer service? I have been inthe restaurant and retail industry for years so I have patience and sympathy when it?s busy, but I was the only person there forthe last 15 minutes. These guys usually do a good job but not today. I ordered a Gourmet Vegetarian like we always do and upon eating it, I noticed a... SUPER stong garlic sauce I hadn't noticed before. I couldn't eat it. I calling in to ask and he recognized it may not havegotten mixed enough. Paid north of $45 for two pizzas, the same two pizzas we usually order, for nearly 15 years. One was fine, the other was... horrible. Ordered a studded, chicken, bacon, artichoke pizza... Got stuffed something like this: a stuffed, spinich,artichoke with marinara sauce. No bacon, no chicken, no white sauce. YUK Buyers beware. Read more
