Been to several Popeyes, one I would not go back to after several attempts, but this one was the best I've been to! My wife and... This is a newer Popeyes chicken and I love it. The colors inside are very vibrant. The staff at this particular location are on... target. They have a clean restaurant and the food was hot and delicious. Ask him about Cajun sprinkles you will fall in lovewith the seasoning that you can put all over your chicken if you travel to Texas. We’ve had problems here a few times. This last time was just annoying. They gave us the wrong order. We went all the way home... and came back to correct it. All we got were questions about why I had the wrong order and a small apology. I feel like thereshould have been more offered for the mistake they made. I should not feel like a burden when they are the ones who messed up.Then I look at my meal and they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever had. Worst popeyes I’ve ever been to. Read more
Super slow in serving. Only ordering was quick. Nobody cared to fill up the orders until I went and asked. That's when they... started to pack the orders. Still they were serving 1 order every 15 -20 min. Everybody were passed off and tied waiting forthe food. That's damn slow for any fast food industry. Some dining places serve faster than that. Food was pretty good. Chicken was very crispy. This is the first place I had that crispy chicken with less oil. Food deserve 5 star for sure. Placewas very clean too. Hope they get some quick serving employees else nobody would care to go back except drive through customers. Read more
Terrible poor costumer service! They said they don’t do the “app promotions here”. I know fast food is fast food, but the... quality is terrible. I got the shrimp and it was a basic of crumbs! This location must be franchised by a moron. I have been toseveral Popeyes when I travel, it’s southern cooking and quality, but this was like Arbys. They wanted to charge for sauce atthis location, I get that some companies do this, but I know Popeyes is not one of them. Big boy corporate needs to come checkout this location, it’s horrible and the employees are clueless. Read more
I ordered a four piece combo and got the most anorexic pieces of chicken they could find. I love Popeyes but the one in Lehi is... always lacking. Long waits they usually forget something or the quality sucks. Read more
I haven't been to Popeyes for maybe a year. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal. This is what the fries look like. I ordered... a medium size and they gave me 11 fries. They were good, but really, 11? Huh. I'll let you be the judge on how many should comein a med. meal. Read more
Good chicken! Sides are good too! What really sets the apart from the rest is the staff. They have taken great care or us. ... Someone took our takeout order before we arrived.
