Let me tell you taco bell any normal time of day is pretty basic. It gets a little bit better if you add fire sauce on your... food. But Taco Bell after 10pm hits different. You haven't really experienced taco bell culture until it's close to midnight,your too tired to taste your food, one customer is trying to sue the restaurant while another is asleep in the corner and theemployees are just trying to clean up so they can go home. And then there's the ordering system. Look having the tablets toorder may be pretty common now, but taco bell had the perfected long ago. Staff is not there? food ok, but I would have had a better experience working with a robot or AI! By the looks of the 600-plus... reviews, the management and owners do not care, no accountability, no training changes for the staff over 4 years now... noresponses to reviews... so many similar complaints... I bet they won't go out of business because there will always be peoplecraving their taco bell from the 90's generation, and cheap food, but MAN, they could be making so much more money, I bet tripleif they just greeted people, and interacted a little bit with some love and care instead of printing out and taping a paper tothe front saying to use the kiosk and then when the food is ready, yelling out a name and disappearing. After waiting 25 minutes and seeing many other customers that ordered after me finish their food, I had to ask for my order. At... this point they couldn't seem to find it. Only when the employee that took my order came to help did they find the order. Thenthey tried accusing of lying about receiving order. Only when they discovered I hadn't did they make my order while glaring atme and treating me with continued disrespect. I used to hate this Taco Bell because there was always screw ups on my order. This time I received the wrong order. I went in... because the order was way wrong. They were so apologetic and great about the mix up that I totally forgot that I was bugged bythe mix up. I will be giving this Taco Bell more chances now that it appears to be under better management. Read more
How dare you charge me $4.25 for a cheese Quesadilla Traverse Mountain Taco Bell in Lehi, UTAH (No sauce add jalapeños which I... paid an additional.49¢ for even ) but you can't even give me cheese out to the edge of the tortilla? No cheese was delivered onthis order! Shame on you for ripping people off. If you drive-thru here be sure to pull aside and pull apart your meals.Horrible to have to do but They are cutting corners for sure. Read more
The worst dinner at a Taco Bell ever. That's a Crunch Wrap Supreme in the pictures. Where is the lettuce, tomatoes, meat, sour... cream... Mostly wrap and taco shell. To be fair, all of our items were like this. Anyway, avoid this place. It should be a lastditch place to go. Read more

Every time I come to this taco bell they're obviously understaffed (like everywhere else) but everyone seems to enjoy there job.... I order at the kiosk but pay in cash and it usually takes a minute for anyone to see me there but once they do they're superfriendly and quick both with taking care of my payment and getting the food out. One of the best taco bells I've been to inutah. Read more
