I ordered to have no beans in my meal because of my allergy, and they still put it in my order causing me to have an allergic... reaction. On top of that when I went in person the other day the staff was rude, slow to the point of waiting 10+ minutes, andthe establishment was so dirty. Will never order from or go here again. I just waited over a half an hour in the Drive-Thru line for three tacos and a 2 pack of Cinnabon. The tacos were not even warm.... The Cinnabon tasted rancid. Never again will be going to this location. Save your money and time go somewhere esle. Not worththe money sadly. Read more

Love the new value meal! You can't get much for under $8 anymore and there was so much food I couldn't finish it all. They could... be a bit quicker though in getting your food to you. We had to wait about 15 minutes and there was no one in line when we gotthere. Read more

This Taco Bell deserves a pat on the back. Fast Food Franchises are a mixed bag. There's nothing easy about being a low-wage... earner or about trying to inspire and manage low-wage employees. So, when something goes wrong it's easy to criticize. On thethree separate occasions I've frequented this Taco Bell in the past year, I've been impressed (to the point of audibleexpressions of satisfaction) at the quality of staff and the food. They've actually put the amount of beans and rice thepictures show on the food. They've been incredibly friendly. On one occasion, despite having to deal with a clearly irate andirrational customer, their service was polite and well managed. Thank you for the quality you've served. This Taco Bell charges for everything you have done to a taco. I wanted no chipotle sauce on my burrito ????. The cost of the... burrito was under $2.00 but by the time she was done charging for taking off the chipotle sauce and adding my the avocado ranchit came to over $ 3.50. I think it's ridiculous to charge to change the sauce!!! Not like I was adding products to my burrito Iwas swapping. This is the only Taco Bell that has ever done this to me! I will never never go back to this location. I will waitand go to the PG location!!! Read more

We just moved to Lehi and have never been to this location before (1300 E State St Lehi). We went through the drive through and... I had a feeling to check my order before leaving the location. I'm glad I did because I was missing 7 hard tacos(Fam of 6).That's a big number to completely miss. I even asked the young man at the window if this was it because it didn't seem likeeverything and he said " I think so". I parked and went to go inside but the doors were locked. Ok I get that, covid. I wouldhave gotten back in line but the line was sooo long that I would have waited longer than I had available. I knocked on the doorand a lady(store manager?) walked halfway to the door and yelled " The dining room is closed!" and proceeded to walk away untilI said " I'm missing 7 tacos". She then yelled again " Go through the drive through". I said "I can't, there's a ton of cars andI don't have time". I was shocked. I wish she would have come to the door and POLITELY explained that and after hearing myconcerns, said something to the effect of " I'm so sorry, wait here and I'll get those out to you". I felt like she didn't care.After I said I couldn't wait, she turned around and I think she said sorry? Was it "sorry" she couldn't help me? Or, "sorry"I'll fix what we did wrong and bring you 7 hard tacos? I had no idea. Her professionalism and people skills were atrocious. Ihad no idea what she was doing or what her last statement(partly inaudible) meant. I knocked on the door again to see if I couldget the attention of the two young mean at the window and they ignored me too. Or couldn't hear me, but I doubt that because theother lady heard me just fine. I started to walk away thinking I was losing out on $12 worth of food when another employee waswalking to the door with my tacos. I double checked that this was 7 hard tacos and he said yes.
