Had the serloin and BBQ chicken with house salad and chili. All of it was just delicious and cooked to perfection. The chicken... was very moist and my medium rare stake just melted in my mouth. I’ve been to this specific Texas Roadhouse location before and their customer service did not disappoint. The food is good as... per usual but the customer service is exceptional and their timing is very good. Honestly my favorite thing to order from Texasroadhouse is the New York strip with loaded steak fries and the Caesar salad. Read more

I had a decent experience during my most recent visit last week. We did join the waitlist and did have to end up waiting around... 20 minutes longer than expected. We were taken back and seated, and our waitress greeted us promptly and asked for our drinks.Those were brought to us about five minutes later as well as the fresh baked rolls. My husband and I both ordered an 8 ouncesirloin and mashed potatoes as well as house salads. I was really surprised to see that the house salads were a lot smaller thanthey used to be. It seems like they were trying to present the salad to be bigger but it was lacking a lot of lettuce. I wasdisappointed! Everyone in our group said the same thing. However, it was fresh and the ranch was tasty. We were with friendsand all noticed that our beverages were empty and our waitress had not offered to refill them or come by to refill them. Weended up having to ask her to refill them a couple of times during our visit. Our food was brought out probably around 35minutes after we ordered. My husband and I were disappointed to find that our steaks were not cooked to what we ordered (mediumand medium rare). We had to wait a little bit for our waitress to even come back to our table in order to tell her of themistake. She took them and then they came back out about 10 minutes later and were cooked better. A little disappointed thoughthat it had to happen in the first place. Both of our mashed potatoes were also cold and not warm at all - definitely seems likethey were sitting out for awhile before coming our way. My husband ended up asking for fresh mashed potatoes because he took twobites and couldn't take eating cold food. We were also disappointed to not have any type of manager come over and check on usand ask us about our experience given what had happened. Not sure I will be back anytime soon! Read more
I’d like to start off by saying this place started off amazing and I never had any issues and went on a weekly basis. As Covid... hit, they started slipping as far as food quality and service are concerned. We waited over an hour to get our food in a mostlyempty restaurant, and when we got it, our sides were all missing. When we finally got them, they were incorrect. They also toldus that sauces were hard to come by and that there was none in the entire restaurant. I order the largest prime rib cut and itcame out with about 2oz of meat and about 30oz of fat large enough to fill an entire plate. Typically speaking, restaurantswouldn’t count a pound of fat towards the weight of the meat that you’re already over paying for. I wouldn’t recommendthis place. Spend the extra $50 and go to Ruth’s or Flemings. Read more
The food was delicious. I ordered ribs, baked potatoes, corn, and a salad. Their rolls were so good! Dylan was our waiter, and... he did an excellent job. Also, Austin helped me go out to my car and carried my things, as I have mobility issues. Very kind!The manager Richard was good too. Definitely recommend this place! Read more
