I am probably the biggest Wendy's fan in the world. Anytime that we eat out I always want to go to Wendy's but I will never go... back to this location. My wife was pregnant (had morning sickness) and threw up. I went to ask for a mop and inform them whathappened and the guy gave me the mop and said good luck. I would have offered to have cleaned it up but I didn't even get that.All the workers literally sat there and watched me clean up the mess. I even went and found the wet floor sign for them. I wouldrecommend going to a different location. They have forgotten what customer service is. Read more
Normally I give places like this the benefit of the doubt, but tonight they were semi slow and service was much slower. Our food... was ready 10 minutes before we got it. And the gal behind the register was opening our sandwiches to check what they were. Wewere probably there at least 20 minutes. Driving to the American fork location and back would?ve been quicker. I have been to this location 3 times and the dinning room has been closed. The door is open but as soon as you walk through it... they tell you drive through only. I can hear music blaring in the background clear from the gas station next to it. I refuse togo threw the drive through and waste gas for 15-20 minutes. Read more
I don't know what's up with this Lehi Wendy's. I like Wendy's, but every one of the three times I've visited during the middle... of business hours, no one's been there to take orders. I've sat in the drive through for several minutes on multiple occasionsonly to realize no one's there... at 2 PM on a Thursday... Once someone bothered to tell me they weren't open, which Iappreciated. I work very near here and still have yet to eat anything from here despite several attempts. Read more
Get ready to turn you car off and take a nap in this drive thur - every time we visit this location we spend at least 15-20... minutes in the drive thur. The staff is nice the food is okay but the wait is not worth it. Move on to the next Wendy?s if youdon?t need a nap or you are in a hurry. Read more
Went through the drive thru today and order two Jr hamburgers with ketchup and pickle and received plain jr cheeseburgers. Went... through again to get it fixed and still received jr cheeseburgers. Please listen to your customers. Read more
POSITIVES: The service was fantastic! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich from a T-Mobile Tuesday offer. The quality of this... sandwich was probably the best I've seen, even offered at sit down restaurants. The bun wasn't smashed, the chicken patty waslarge and filling. It was served hot as it was freshly made. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, including ordering take-outand waiting for the food to be made and that was with other customers in front of me! NEGATIVES: It's a little more pricey forfast food. Considering the price for this chicken sandwich (4.89) I would not normally order this on any given day. The quality of your food has gone way dow.... Although, the price has gone up... so yeah that is awesome... And you should have... higher standards that your employees must follow. I get grossed out thinking about what you allow some of your employees getaway. Then I see them handle my food ????... If you're you're an employee of any company, and you areclient facing, you shouldlook and act client facing. Your facilities should be much cleaner as well... Do better. Read more
