Today I went to Arby's and they've completely gone down hill. I paid $20 for inedible food disgusting food. The roast beef had... gone bad and the buffalo chicken wrap was so coated in buffalo sauce and mayo it was disgusting. Read more
Food was good, service was ok, they always seem to be a bit slow but maybe that's just how long it's supposed to take for this... type of food. The lobby was clean but they still had chairs on the tables at noon which made it feel uninviting. Read more
Daughter duties include stopping at Arbys to get my dad food from Arbys. I stop at the Lehigh one. Suggestion is that the drive... thru area have a better cover so when it rains you don?t get soaked and wet. Besides that everything is always at the bestcustomer service experience. Read more
Really a 3.5+. The service was very polite and professional. The man taking the order, Marcus, did a great job repeatedly as I... listened while we waited. There was a longer wait than usual, but that's a positive, as they were preparing food asordered. Bad- half of the dining room tables were dirty. First fix your AC it's been broken for months. Simply no excuse in South Florida The food was as expected, the store however was... well in a word DIRTY. ITS 1030AM I'm the only customer inside yet there is trash on the floor in front of the registers. YOUCAN SEE IT!! Straws and napkins clearly on the floors. How often do you empty the lobby trash cans. I can say it's not everynight, the darn thing is full at 1030. Please don't say we'll you didn't know, the sign from where you closed the lobby for allof last night is clear on top of the full can of trash. I get there are staffing challenges, things can take longer toaccomplish it doesn't mean you just don't even attempt to do them. This is a failure on the closers and the opener as neitherone did the job. Read more
