We stopped in for desert, hoping to get a donut and a bit of ice-cream. Unfortunately, for us, we were told there were no... donuts so we opted for Ice-cream. We even asked if they might have some donuts in the back. We were told no. One young manbehind the counter was singing with the music which we thought hilarious. He did a great job, also, of fixing our sundaes. Iwould have given the store 5 stars if the tables had been clean. There were about 4 people behind the counter, two tables withother patrons sitting, and yet every other table in the place was dirty. One customer (or employee?) got up and told someonethere were no clean tables and the young man proceeded to ONLY clean the couple of tables on the side of the counters/registers. He LOOKED into the dining room then ignored it. People coming in seemed to prefer sitting in the dining side as the side withthe counters/registers was about 15 degrees colder. Way to cold to sit and try and enjoy ice-cream. Meanwhile, as we werefinishing our ice-cream, we saw a gentleman come in and leave with a box of donuts!!! Hmmmm Read more
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. I had to ask someone if they could assist me... only to be told that I had to order at the other side of the counter? no that?s not good customer service. There?s no reason whymy daughter and I should have been left to stand there with no direction or acknowledgment. Read more
Second time we have gone there and the employees decide to close whenever they feel like it. Checked online and door. They had... customers inside (2 hours before closing btw), we were right at the door and the employee locks it right in front of us. Thecustomers inside came out and told us they tried to pull that on them as well, but didn?t get to the door in time. Read more
Do you ever have that feeling after a hard day of work to get some good strawberry shake. AHHH i love Lehigh, such a great place... to get you some ice cream especially THE STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES. The cashier was nice it's just that we had to wait for more than a minute or so to give our order.
All the reviews are correct, customer service is non-existent at this place! None of the ?very limited? ice cream flavors are... labeled. Shelves are bare, and the employees don?t even acknowledge your presence. Both employees were busy chatting with onefamily in the store, or with customers in the drive-thru... never once asked if we wanted anything. After 10 minutes of standingaround waiting, we left! This is the ONLY Baskin-Robbins in the entire area, and I won?t be going back! Read more
