I just ordered two large pizzas and wings! I will say that this domino?s location has the best customer service I?ve ever... experienced! They are super nice, quick, professional and on point with keeping up with all the orders they are doing! Jay wasthe nice lady that took my order and she was super sweet! Wow! I am sad to see so many bad reviews. I admit, my first order with this branch was cold and hard but the next time I ordered... a week later, I had a completely different experience. The food was cooked perfectly! The crusts were soft and fluffy and thetoppings were just right! They did forget one of my items and when I called, the woman I spoke with was so apologetic, kind andvery understanding. Then the store manager, Kristian, volunteers to drive our missing items to us! He did and was so polite andfriendly. BIG smile with a BIG apology. Now THAT is customer service! I am impressed and will certainly try this branch outagain! Who all was working tonight...nice job! I am not a person who eats a lot of pizza so when I do I want it to be good. The Lehigh Dominos is certainly not a franchisee I... would consider outstanding in any way. This is an average pizza chain store with less than average food quality and the localcustomer service is nearly nonexistent. When placing an order their attention to detail is lacking with special requests such as?well done bake? have been ignored and toppings omitted altogether on several occasions. In addition during the Covid days thestore manager refused to honor the ?Two minute Guarantee? for curbside service. The fact that the store goes rogue against itsfranchise charter is a red flag to me. Perhaps they choose to ignore the cleaning standards as well. In summary; they are hitor miss on quality and don?t bother complaining when your order is not correct or late. However if it?s simply cheap, fill thevoid type food your seeking Dominos specials are a hard to beat value. Read more
I thought all Domino's were the same we recently moved to Lehigh from off Palm Beach the Domino's on Palm Beach is awesome they... always put a good amount of toppings on their pizzas, and they are beautiful, the one here on homestead road I'll never orderfrom them again I'll drive all the way over to Palm Beach before I buy another pizza from them they don't put hardly no toppingson their pizza and it doesn't taste the same at all very unsatisfied with my purchase this time Read more
If i could give half a star i absolutely would. Skylar the store manager rude and quite frankly under trained. Did not take any... accountability as to why the pizza was piled with sauce and undercooked. She did not take any ownership of Dominos mistake, didnot offer any solution to fix the pizza, the food also came cold as well, This location I highly don't recommend!!!!! Read more
I ordered this at 8:49pm and it came at 10:20pm. It said on the website that it was prepping 3 times and the customer support... was not friendly. The food arrived barely even warm, the cheese sticks did not taste like they were cooked, they were definitelyundercooked that it left my partner with stomach issues, and the delivery driver smelt like he was smoking weed the entire time.Will not be ordering from here again and I certainly don?t recommend it. If you want bad customer service with food that willtake over an hour to come that is barely warm, then this is the place for you. If you want my advice dominos, hire betteremployees that will get your job done in a timely manner that know how to show good customer service. Read more
The order online is very personalized and if you join the "Piece of the pay" reward program, you can get free ???? and skip the... line to pickup your order. They have curbside, contacless pickup and delivery. The pasta bowl, the garlic bread and the crispythin pizza crust are some of my favorites. Last time I tried the Extravaganza specialty pizza and I liked the combination. Ifyou use their coupons online can get a cheap pizza night. In general is a very good fast ???? place. Read more
