They're doing a pretty good job considering we just had a hurricane. They're unable to get anything from their bakery because of... the collapsed bridge so they're doing what they can to make donuts in the store and sell those to their customers so thatthey'll have donuts. People are always very nice the coffee isn't 100% consistent just because sometimes it's stronger sometimesweaker sometimes it tastes more fresh and sometimes not as fresh but I find it's more fresh if you go in the morning. All in allpretty good location. Read more

It?s hard giving this establishment a bad review because I know it?s difficult acquiring staff in this current economy and it... takes time to train people. The people there are doing their best, even if for us customers sometimes we perceive as ?theirbest? not being enough. Having said that, this DD is almost always low on various ingredients leading to them not being able tomake various drinks during the day. Since some in the staff are inexperienced, they do not know nor have the spark of how todeliver a good service and a similar product to the willing paying customer. Every time I come here it?s a box of surprises -maybe they?ll charge you another order (has already happened to me, $12 more than my own), maybe they have iced coffee, maybethey have donuts, maybe they don?t. Or maybe the donut tastes old. Maybe they?ll have avocado for the toast, maybe they aremissing the bread. Or maybe, the inside cashier machine is down and they can?t ring you for some reason using the drive-thrumachine. So they?ll turn you away. My tip? Use the App! They won?t tell you, but I got you. Been there, done that and it workedperfectly. Read more

I understand you are out of donut boxes but the least you can do is divide the donuts in each bag. 3 per bag. Not this disaster... of donuts put all together in one bag. My kids were disappointed. Read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Don?t even waste your time coming. 2 workers. 20 minutes at the speaker to put in... your order. Can?t wait until Starbucks takes over and maybe they can take this place down. Read more

Went through the drive thru and had the worst experience. The girl was rude and unpleasant. Wouldn't let me finish with taking... my order, she sounded like bothered and kept interrupting to pull up without even listening. Bottom line, I didn't get what Ioriginally wanted due to her shortness and rudeness behavior. Needless to say not a fan of this location. Twice I've been hereand both times have been the same. Not running on this Dunkin. Read more

avoid coming to this Dunkin at all costs. I have never had such a bad experience with Dunkin like I did here. There was a long... line of cars at the drive through which was not a problem even though I was in a hurry but I promised my son a donut. I got tothe speaker and the drive-through attendant told me that the system was down and I had to come inside. As soon as I got insidein the long line of other people from the drive-through that also went inside, magically the drive-through was working. It feltlike they diverted us on purpose because it started working as soon as I went inside. I asked about the new Boba Coffee drink asit was advertised in the drive-through and the tellers said they don?t have that anymore. I think it?s really important toupdate your advertisements. As I was making my order they didn?t have oat milk and the teller suggested whole milk. When aperson orders non-dairy milk there is a reason. My order came out completely backwards. I asked for a croissant with cheese andI got a croissant with no cheese specifically said no cheese on it. I also asked for a large coffee and they gave me a medium. The whole point to go there was to make the day a little bit better even though I shouldn?t put so much responsibility on oneplace for my mood but this was just too many mistakes in one visit I?ll never go back. I understand busy I am a huge advocatefor high traffic and large clientele businesses. The Dunkin on 41 by Burlington is constantly busy but they are courteous andefficient. This Dunkin was far from that. Unorganized and messy. Customer Service goes a long way and sometimes could make aperson forget any kind of mistakes because nobody is perfect but there wasn?t even that. If I wasn?t in such a rush I would goback and get my money as I feel I wasted it completely. Read more

I went inside to order this morning. Placed my order at 10:12 am. I finally received my order at 10:35 am. I?m assuming it was... the store manager, regional manager and whoever else of importance who stood around with their arms crossed for those 20+minutes that I waited. After 20 minutes, I finally asked the girl making the coffee who they were and where my order was. Thelady preparing the food stated they had to drive through first. I walked over to the ?corporate team? and stated I?ve beenwaiting for 20 minutes as they stood around and did nothing and that their team needs help. Store manager (assuming) was like sosorry we are going! I finally get my food. I walk out and obviously had to tell the other two still standing around that 20minutes is unacceptable. The man apologized. For what? Standing around? At the end of the day, lead by example. 15 or so yearsago I worked at Dunkin?/Baskin as a team lead. Never did my manager or regional ever stand around! Lead by example!. Kudos tothe team who was working as they did their best! Read more
