Absolute fantastic service! The "mexican" chimichanga wasn't to my taste, as I like spicy food, but the restaurant should ... please those who love cuban food. The enchiladas ordered by another member of my party also were somewhat bland, so again, Ican't recommend this restaurant for mexican; however, the pork chop dinner was more spicy, and copious, wish I had ordered that.The decor was quite pretty, the only negative was that there were two sources of music going, and so all we ended up hearing wasnoise. Food was delicious. We were seated right away, but there was a 20 min wait before anyone came to take our order or provide... drinks. Staff was great once we did get service and service was efficient soon after. Read more
My friend after church took me to Esmeralda Restaurant ( Cuban) I ate what they called Tasajo ( which is horse meat). It was... delicious! It was like pork,but with the spices it made my taste buds dance with amazing flavor. Her daughter had what theycalled Hawaiian Fajita ( with shrimp/ pineapple/ chicken/ cheese) it also tasted delicious, but I actually like my Tasajobetter. This restaurant is like always packed. Delicious Spanish food and this place looks amazing after the renovation. Very nice decor and the addition of the bar area is a... nice addition. Staff were friendly and some were bilingual. Prices on the other hand were on the price side and it would be agreat place for a nice dinner or a date. There?s lots of free parking and and is located at the beginning of the plaza. Read more
My family and I ate here recently and they started us off with fresh hot homemade chips and salsa. The salsa is delicious. All... of our food was hott and fresh. The flavors blew me away. Service was wonderful as well. I highly recommend esmeralda Read more
