I am a regular customer of Marco's Pizza and for the first time last night I had a delivery for chicken dippers but when I got... them I was totally blown away because it looked like they just emptied a bag of chicken and gave me the pieces that were leftover in the bag. I didn't realize that I ordered popcorn chicken because it was even smaller pieces than that. As soon as I sawit I called there just to let them know how disappointed I was because they can check there's times that I order once or twice aweek. They had it for me within 12 minutes. It was hot and very good. I ordered a sausage and extra cheese pie and their sausage was... real sliced sausage not the crumbles that some of these places use, which don't even taste like sausage. Went to grab some hot wings and a cheezy spinach pizza minus bacon. Pleased to know Joy took my order and made sure it was... correct when my order was ready; however, ny pizza wasn't made correctly and Joy quickly noticed and had them remake it. Read more

We have order from Marco?s multiple times and each time was delicious. The one and only time the order was wrong, the Manager... Manny personally fixed it and delivered it himself!! When we ordered our pizza It came in 17 minutes! We normally order pizza from Marcos but it has never come this quick and that?s... not even the best part. When we went to eat the pizza it was greasy hot and when it was in our mouths we were completely andutterly amazed best pizza we?ve ever had! It was so good we had to call the store and thank them! I am new to this area but I did have the pleasure of trying Marcos with their delicious food. More importantly the staff really... value their customers. I love love love their staff. The young girl Abby which is the manager is so pleasant and very quick toaddress any and all problems at hand! Which bring me to Mani. He is the general manager and he is absolutely amazing. Their wasan ongoing incident that occurred prior to him working there and Mani went ahead and took care of it immediately. He came upwith a few options as to how we can fix the problem let me choose what best suits our family and once everything was done. Had a bit of a rough experience on Friday. I spoke to Sam (a delivery driver) today and she was quick to get things turned... around for me!!! She is the best worker at this location. I don't understand how she isn't management but Sam definitely shouldbe the store manager. She truly cares about making sure that the customer is happy and gets the best service out there!!! I come here often. I?ve had tons of mess up lately. Pizza is never cut properly and you can?t break the pizza apart, no gloves,... no hand washing, pretty upset about this one.
