Ordered on app, parked & went inside to pickup...waited, waited, saw people order at counter, pay & receive food...I'm still... waiting. I ask after this happens 3 times, she says "no one is working that line". I ask "how am I supposed to get my food?" Counter lady asked a couple people, finally got my chix nuggets. Terrible service! When it's busy it's busy but they get you through the line relatively fast. Even after loosing power and receiving damage they... opened up a few days later to provide hot food with a limited menu for speed and efficiency. They took our order outside and wegot through relatively quickly. Thanks McDonald's after days of tuna and PBJ this is the best. Read more
The line is straight crazy! 2 lanes going and still sitting in line for 30minutes! The food I ordered was not correct and we... were missing 2 fries and a 10 piece! The girl at the window was very rude and was on her phone at the same time. The persongiving the drinks out had so many drinks on the counter I had to tell her 2x which ones I needed. Never again. This was my last time visiting this McDonald's in Lehigh Acres. We placed our order and sat at a table while waiting for our... food. When our food came, the order had the wrong burgers. When I took the wrong burgers back to the counter, I had a hardtime getting the manager to understand what burgers we ordered. One of the replacement burgers was not cooked all the way. (Raw in the center) Took that burger back to the counter. Took three burgers to be able to eat dinner. Never again. Read more
An ice cream that used to cost around $1.07 double the price now and is not even full. Return so they can fill it up and they... provided less amount of ice cream and threw away the other one. Service is not acceptable and everyone had a bad attitude. Read more
The only reason I?m giving it 2 stars is because the Coca Cola was good. The drive through line was wrapped around the... building, despite having double lanes. When I finally got to the window two members of the crew were on their phones. In truefashion, they messed up my order. Read more
I recently came to this McDonald?s, and I ordered online a few hash browns and a large iced caramel latte with extra caramel.... When I get there I end up having to wait 15-20 minutes for just the hash browns and the latte was already made, but Ispecifically asked for iced caramel latte. They gave me a hot one, I then asked again if they could remake it because I askedfor iced latte, and I paid extra for more caramel in it, I was giving attitude by one of the workers and then they proceeded tomake me a new one with zero caramel. This is not the first time this location has done this to me, I?ve had the same thinghappen with chicken nuggets where they gave me less than I paid for. I get that they get busy. But that?s no excuse not tolisten, especially if we have already paid before walking in and are paying extra. Read more
