This was my first visit & went with a friend. The SCREENED-IN bar has beer & full liquor, serves food, has tables & is smoker... friendly. The bartender was fun and the obvious regulars were cheery & chatty. I wasn't very impressed with the spinach dip, butit had been fired to order as was obvious by the browned cheese on top & the red and purple chips were a nice touch. It's been about 10 years or so since the last time I was at a Mugs 'N Jugs and this one didn't disappoint. The food and... atmosphere was great as always. Our waiter Steven was absolutely amazing. My husband, daughter and I met up with some fellowjeepers and celebrated my daughter's birthday. My husband has seizures due to a TBI and blanked out because of how warm it was.Our waiter, Steven got us a bag of ice VERY quickly and came over to help cool him down by fanning him off. He was extremelyattentive with us and deserved the extra tip we gave him. If you go, ask for Steven. I know we will the next time we're there. Read more
With a little TLC & some investment this place could B a Goldmine. It's a warehouse setup w/ plenty of seating & a boatload of... ceiling fans. About 25% of the fans are not working so it can get hot in there. Food was OK, staff was very nice (Christina),helpful but the kitchen couldn't get the food out in a timely manner. My 1st time w/ a large group, so I'll be fair & give themanother shot when I'm back in town. Read more
Just ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for dinner tonight. This is what they sent me.... Absolutely the smallest amount of... spinach dip I have ever received from any restaurant in my life. For $8 it measured out to 1/4 cup. So disappointed. It wasalso the worst tasting that I've ever had. Read more
Food was good & hot. Service was OK. TVs were not the best to watch sports (CBS channel was very foggy). Not crowded, clean, and... big. Great place for kids as well. Read more
I have to say, I drive by this place everyday and always wanted to check it out. Did not disappoint. The waitress was attentive... and nice. The food was really good and hot which I appreciate. Will definitely come back. A hidden little gem in my opinion fora quick bite. Read more
I have eaten here twice. My husband always liked their fish sticks and fries; while I liked their Alfredo pasta. I also tried... their grilled salmon but I am not a fan of hard and burned food. About the desserts, their key lime pie is amazing but thechocolate cake is horrible that I even couldn't have the second bite. About the serving: The waitresses were so nice and happy.I also love about how spacious the restaurant is. Read more
12.2.22 Update After like 2or 3 months the waitress remembered our order! Thought that was cool. Changed it up a bit and had... chicken quesadillas, slightly crispy. They were fantastic. I really like the loaded cheese fries here, great sweet tea. Serviceis pretty good. The only reason it's not a five-star is that it's not consistent. Read more
