Our family needed a location for my mom's celebration of life ceremony on short notice and I reached out to Tammy the GM for... help. I can't express how thankful I was for the ENTIRE staff for ensuring that we had a hot buffet, seating and amazingwaitresses Ashley & I think Julie (I'm horrible with names). The cooks did phenomenal keeping up with everything. The Perkinsteam worked seamlessly to ensure all 50+ppl who attended were taken care of. Food was good, service was slow. Waitress was very kind. It took me 10 mins to pay my bill.
Besides the food being good.. and I have eating there before. The service was ok the waitress was good in serving the food and... on time but she wasn't that friendly . But the person who took my check to pay was extremely rude. She actually snatch my checkfrom my hand and didn't even ask if I had a good service or how was my experience eating there. Read more
Bad experience! My wife and I were on a date night. Restaurant was half full and only 2 waitresses working. Manager (I guess)... was stacking menus right in front of us. No greeting and no smile. Another employee came by and asked for our party number. No greeting and no smile. Sat down and looked at the menu and overheard one of waitresses said to another customer that there?sonly 2 of them and this past week about half the staff quit. Normally we would spend an average of an hour there, but tonightwe walked out. Read more
Place was crowded... Good food... Good service even though our waitress was slow... Hot food... Food taste good... Owners came... out and told the homeless man in front of the restaurant to get lost ... Clean tables... Clean restaurant... And the checkoutservice girl was cute and very nice to me when I asked her how much to give to the waitress she told me $10 on a $48 check.. First of all Thank you Perkins for honoring all the Veterans with a Free Meal . ( Magnificent Seven ) This is my 1st time to... this location, I must say , the staff were outstanding, very friendly.
