My order was prepared as I expected, although, the service was awful. I waited 10 minutes in the store before an employee would... come to the front and help me. I was told by 3 separate employees that someone would be up to help me in just a moment. It took10 minutes. All a while my pizza was sitting in the warmer. They did not appear busy, no cars in the parking lot, not customersin the store, and the phone was not ringing. I was thinking about getting my cell phone from the car and calling them just sosomeone had to come to the front and answer the phone. Read more
The pizza taste sour. The cinnamon bites taste sour. It's like they dont keep the stuff cold or it's expired. It's just nasty... and half the staff is rude. Only good part of this place is the one employee that made that pepperoni pizza, Juan. I can justtell he cares. Read more
September 11, 2021 UPDATE: MANAGER GAVE A FULL CREDIT. Today, used my credit, with doubt, but this time the pizza was... absolutely fantastic. If I got my pizza like this every time, I would order from here all the time. Thank you for credit andgreat pizza. Third picture is today's picture. It has sauce l. Last month.... Wish I would've read the reviews first. The crust was very stale and old, despite me asking for it to be cooked well done and... when the pizza finally got here it was cold. The only edible thing was the cinnamon sticks. I've never seen pizza with crustlike this. This is ridiculous. Read more
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Pizza arrives completely burned and they forgot our soda.... So driver says I'll be right back. Had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for soda and burnt pizza, so all the other food was coldby now of course. Open NEW pizza and burnt again! Called spoke with Makayla the manager at the call center and said they werereplacing pizza so I couldn't get a refund! Horrible customer service, drivers are decent and honest, totally not their fault.And my kid told me last time I ordered when babysitter was here, pizza had came the same way!!! Read more
I didn't even want to give it one star, but i had to Just to leave a review. Just ordered from pizza hut and it was the most... disgusting food we've ever ate. If you want good pizza, pasta DON'T ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT. I ordered a personal size cheese withlight cheese and i got a personal size with sauce and bread, i also ordered a pasta bowl and it was disgusting, old and cold, ialso got a large toastmasters and it wasn't much better.
