Best popeyes I've been too! Friendly and great customer service! Fresh, hot food! Definitely worth the drive and money ????
Sorry to say the food was not good. The chicken sandwich was not even warm at best. Sides all have been pre packed and sitting... in a warmer. Portions are tiny. My coleslaw was not even cold and was slimy and inedible. The two piece of fried chicken thatwere at least hot seemed to be the high point of the meal that was until I picked up the drumstick and found a short black hairin the box. Terrible experience. Ordered an 8 piece. After paying $14 and waiting in a mob scene, I get home to discover no thighs and 1... leg, 3 breasts and 4 dried up wings. Everything was way overcooked. Ordered 2 chicken dinners and asked what kind of chicken. Asked for breast and leg and get one with breast and leg the other had... 2 legs. I call and they say we were out of breast. How about letting us decided if we want to get a thigh not just fill it theway you wanted. No sorry, no asking if I wanted to come back and make it right. Nothing. Read more
Won't go to this Popeyes again, the guy over the intercom was rude and when I said I wanted the shrimp he kept saying tenders, I... corrected and said no the shrimp. I was in a hurry and had to leave so when I was able to check my food they gave me tenders. Icalled and the lady that answered the phone wa rude as well. I won't go there again. Read more
It's a hit or miss on this one. They sometimes get your order right or wrong when going through the drive-thru. Other than that,... the food is really good. Read more
I stopped in for a quick sandwich for lunch. The employees were friendly. I was going to sit inside and eat but the "music" they... were playing was AWFUL!! It was extremely loud and fast paced jazz. Not conducive to relaxing at all. It was so wild and weirdthat it made me nervous and uncomfortable. I couldn't stand it so I went out to my car to eat. My sandwich was soggy and lukewarm. I think it had been sitting in the wrapper for awhile. The flavor was good but again, the bun and chicken were soggy. Nexttime, if there is a next time, I'll ask for a fresh sandwich. Read more
Went to order a family meal for take out. We eat dark meat and so ordered. It was around 6pm, so they were understandably busy.... Okay, but we ordered all dark meat nonetheless. Service was quick! I confirmed with the young man that it was all dark meat. Hedidn?t actually look at me, but said meekly, ?yeah.? Got home and guess what! Not one, not two, but four - we counted - fourBreasts. The young man filled a box with 12 pieces of chicken and didn?t look nor care if it was fulfilling the order (thereceipt DID specify all dark meat). We won?t be back. I know they don?t care because they apparently have enough other customersand won?t miss us. Read more
