Highly disappointed in management and their ability to speak to a customer with dignity. Desiree was very rude and loud with me... when I politely tried to ask for a refund due to the quality of the food. I had not eaten or touched anything at that point, Iwas denied a refund and told that I didn't know what a quarter white chicken was ( a breast and wing ) btw. After asking her tospeak to me like a human and some back and forth I finally received a refund but not without a nasty attitude. I've eater hereregularly since moving to FL in January but I WILL NOT be back after this. I know my 400 dollars a month might not seem like alot to them, but it was loyalty to me and food/brand I enjoyed. Read more
I've been there 3 times and it seems like the quality keeps dropping. No complaints with the work staff. They were friendly and... professional. The ribs were extremely tender and falling off the bone. As if they were first boiled, then thrown on the grill tosmoke for a bit. The ribs were not seasoned and very bland. I was not impressed with the sauce. It's like it wasn't properlymixed or something. The baked beans were the worst I've had. Same for the fries. Just plain bland. Read more
It was okay We felt more like a bother not the friendliest staff and it did take a bit for the food but the food was great like... always. Probably wouldn't eat at this ribcity again only because of the service but take out is always an option. Read more
Our son ordered early fathers day dinner for his Dad. Because of past experience I wasn't sure about giving them another chance.... Well we did and our experience was excellent. If I could give zero stars I would. $2.50 for a side of mac and cheese that is about 2 or 3 bites. Fries are cold, and the ribs... are luke warm if that. Food is normally good quality, but the lack of being able to be consistant with the quality is somethingto be desired here. (Former restaurant GM of 8 years) Read more
I was extremely pleased with my order ! Food was full of flavor ???? , service was amazing and big ups to the chef . Won't be coming back.... toast greasy, not edible, ribs burned at the end. Covered with sauce to hide it, but the burnt taste... was there. Self-serve, you can use one of the 2 available tables to eat there. Unfriendly climate, unfriendly people. Read more
Best thing on the menu was the Mac and cheese. The chicken was just a bunch of smoke, not really seasoned. Rib size and amount... of meat on the bone are skimpy. Coconut pie was just a bunch of whip cream, little sponge to it, overly sweet, and intolerable.The second best thing was the briske but it was really fatty. Half of the piece of brisket was fat and it was just little piecesnot real slabs. I came here 5 years ago and returned with the expectation of getting the same quality food Now, it's just acomplete disappointment. Read more
