I went to Wingstop today, everything was very good. I had a very nice experience. Daniel was the cashier that took my order, we... ordered the mango habanero wings, they were to die for. Even though my order took a bit longer than expected I would recommend going, the food is great. The cashier that assisted me... named Anthony was courteous and very patient. He ensured my food was prioritized and also made sure that everything in my orderwas right. He is a great asset for Wingstop. Read more

The food was excellent. If you go here be sure and check your order for accuracy. I order bone in wings and was given... boneless wings that looked like nuggets. I took the order back and was given what I ordered. The only problem was, I wasshorted 2 wings. Maybe because they were so busy. Did not give 5 stars because of the mistakes. -5 for TERRIBLE management will often result in a terrible customer experience. Andrea (shift leader at the Lehigh location)... needs some leadership training. It's unfortunate that businesses can't thrive due to unprofessional and incompetent staff. Iwaited over an hour for a meal for 2 people. When I inquired about the status of my order, one of the staff members straight uplied to me and said that I was only waiting for one side. During that time, an "off the clock" employee came in and wasimmediately accommodated. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, I asked the status of my order, to learn that they hadn't evenstarted on it. Tons of lies and excuses. It should go without saying that I requested a refund. At that point, it was about theprinciple. Andrea does NOT manage; she stands around in a daze. The hardest worker in there was Cilia, and she should bepromoted to shift leader. She provided prompt and courteous customer service, she cleaned the dining area. I will be followingup with the store manager, Angelica, in hopes that she reevaluates who she currently has in a "leadership" position. Andrea isnot suitable for the job. Yes, expect to wait whether you dine in or order ahead. I ordered online and still had to wait 15 min after the order was... supposed to be ready. But, the food was fresh and hot. The fry seasoning is a bit sweet so order plain if you don't like that. The wings were good and they give you a load of fries. Read more

Ordered online. Waited 45 minutes almost an hour for food the first time not a big deal. When I went back because I was missing... some wings granted it was a big order. I got to sit there another 25 minutes they make no Priority of their customers. And themanager just stands there and looks like he like he shouldn?t have to do anything. Horrible. I got there 15 mins after my food should have been ready. They hadn't even started making it yet and could not find my... order (which was done online). Then they had the nerve to ask me for a good review so they could "beat the Fort Myerslocation." Sorry to burst your bubble but I'd rather drive to Fort Myers. I know they just opened but to have the nerve to askfor a good review was hilarious. Read more
