If I could give 0 stars i would. Place is dirty. They tried to use bacon that was sitting on counter for who knows how long.... The cook was wiping her nose with gloves on as she was making our food. We asked for a refund as we were not eating that food.They called manager and all manager said was leave there name and phone number. So we left and never received a refund for foodwe paid for. Despite having 6 people working and 3 ordering, it took 7 minutes to get a hot chocolate. Then it was water. I suggest they... check their machine instead of just waiting for it to run out. Was miles away on way to appt when I found out. Read more

Absolutely horrendous. Never fails what time of day or day of week? always waiting 15-20 minutes as well as the staff not... helping. Tend to see them stand around. Never a time other customers walk out because they are fed up with it too. ALWAYS outof stock and when you want to cancel the order since they don?t have what you ordered? you have to wait another 15-20 minutes inline just to get a REFUND. I love Dunkin but this location is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
this place is the worst. constantly packed with angry people, whose orders are messed up. like, how do you forget to put the... coffee, in someone's coffee? and not once or twice, but on a regular basis? I'm basically gambling going here, because there's a50/50 chance that if I order a latte, I'll literally get a cup of milk.
