Very poor food was sloppily made while I was standing there they were talking about 75 minute drive-thru time a really bad for... the people in the Drive-Thru I got my food quicker by going in than I did then the people in the Drive-Thru did not sure whatthe name of the road it's on this is the McDonald's on 443 in Lehighton right there by Big Lots and across from Lowe's Read more
8/14/22 @ 8:52 I ordered 3 apple pies and one 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. I paid at the first window and pulled up to the... second. Was told to go to the third. At approx 9:05 I went inside to see what was taking so long and one employee told me I waswaiting on cookies and walks away without answer me how much longer. Then after saying excuse me 3 times loudly I got theattention of a manager who informed me I was waiting on Apple pies because they had none prepared and still haven't even droppedthe cookies either. Not at one point was I told that everything I ordered was not ready. And was informed that I still had towait because it takes at least 10 minutes yet I've waited 30 minutes at this point. I requested my money back and left at 9:17.However not before receiving a free sandwich card. Highly disappointed that I was not told at any point that my order was notavailble. Read more
Had an issue there earlier in the morning was corrected in a friendly positive manner even though they were having technical... difficulties with friers and grills on this day the team never lost the positive attitude towards anyone #high praise onthat!!! It couldn't have been easy. Read more
The order taker was as about as motivated as a slug. The ones handing out the food were on point, food was ready as soon as you... were able to get to the window. Unfortunately getting past the slug took forever. He was only using one order screen and hadyou wait when you got to the screen that he was using. Absolutely the only backlog was this position. Food quality has certainly gone downhill!! Used to love their fish burgers, but not anymore!!! Take a look at my fish... sandwich, dry bun, dry fish burger, 1/2 slice of cheese!!! REALLY??? So awful, absolutely won't be ordering from here again. Sure wasn't expecting 5 star meal, after all it is McDonald's!! But seriously, you can't blame Covid issue for bad foodquality. Used the drive through and they did get my order wrong... Which I didn't notice untill I got home.
