Had someone bring me a pink drink home... It was bad experience, bad coffee. Un experienced working people. We ordered black coffe and caramel makito, bad taste and so... cool, we asked them heat the coffee they said machines not working, repeated ordered 3times more mistakes finally we trashedcoffee. Read more
Of course the coffee is good but never enough help you can wait upwards to 30 mins to get a drink not wort it to me.
A lot of people complain about long waits, which I'll admit does happen from time to time. What these people don't realize is... that they are only given two batistas(typically) which is not enough. This is not due to scheduling issues it is because that isall they are allowed to have (I believe by GIANT). Most other starbucks locations have like 5 baristas working at one time. Bepatient people! Anywho I frequent this shop and always have a good experience. Great coffee and staff is super friendly. Read more
