Had someone bring me a pink drink home... Starbucks made it completely wrong, this is the 4th time they made it wrong? the cup... was full of ice cubes, barley any drink, watered down milk/almond milk, no strawberries, and barley a taste of strawberry..unprofessional? It was bad experience, bad coffee. Un experienced working people. We ordered black coffe and caramel makito, bad taste and so... cool, we asked them heat the coffee they said machines not working, repeated ordered 3times more mistakes finally we trashedcoffee. Read more
Of course the coffee is good but never enough help you can wait upwards to 30 mins to get a drink not wort it to me.
A lot of people complain about long waits, which I'll admit does happen from time to time. What these people don't realize is... that they are only given two batistas(typically) which is not enough. This is not due to scheduling issues it is because that isall they are allowed to have (I believe by GIANT). Most other starbucks locations have like 5 baristas working at one time. Bepatient people! Anywho I frequent this shop and always have a good experience. Great coffee and staff is super friendly. Read more

I've been here twice, my first experience was great! This time the barista didn't know how to make my drink and looked at me... like I was stupid (I wanted an espresso frappacino, it's on the app!) I tried explaining I just didn't want mocha or caramelflavor in my drink and she asked how would she make it then?? Instead of pulling out the app and showing her the recipe I justchanged my order. She was perceptive though, I asked for coconut milk because of a dairy allergy and forgot to say no whippedcream but she asked if I wanted any so that was good ???? Read more
The employees do their best. The line here can get pretty long and they don't have the recipies for all the drinks memorized, so... you might not get exactly what you're looking for. But they are employees of Giant, not Starbucks coorperate, so can't complaintoo much. They're friendly even through the big rushes they deal with, which makes the experience better. Read more
