My family and I loved coming here. I so wanted to give this place five stars, the service was good, and the food is great!... Unfortunately, our latest experience was our last. My husband picked the food up, but our salad was given to the woman in frontof him, which is fine, everyone makes mistakes, but then she opened the lid and said this isn't ours. The staff then tried togive my husband the salad, even though another customer had opened it! When he refused it, and asked that they make a new one,they asked why!? I don't think that was an appropriate question, especially now with Covid etc. I don't understand why you can'ttell if a food item is yours by looking ( the salad container is clear), also, what happened to the customer is alwaysright??Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. Amazing food! 6 large pizzas, two subs, and a large Greek salad for under $100. We fed 14 people and it was all delicious.

Well, my family ordered take out, and at first wanted delivery, but it was an hour and a half wait, so instead I went to pick... it up. They told me 20 minutes for pickup. I got there after 30 minutes, giving a few extra minutes and still had to wait atthe restaurant for another 30 minutes. Very frustrating! And to add to my frustration, part of my order wasn't there. I usually order here for the food even though it has been disappointing the last two times. But I get how places work so I... ALWAYS tip 25% and Ian l two gd miles down the road. I order today and it took over an hour to go that distance and the pizzawas gd Luke warm and I am being generous!!!!!!!! I will never order here again. Though I have to say the delivery driver wascourteous if not downright polite that?s the only reason I am not calling for a refund or withdrawing the tip.
